The service was terrible. I used the app to order ahead and the meal was close to 10 minutes late. When asked at the counter if the meal was ready, we got a curt "it's coming"; the sauce was added very messily; the grouchy kids totally forgot our fries and we had to ask for them and wait while they checked the bill.Food: 4/5
Went there 2pm on January 14th. Discouraging and terrible service at Harvey’s, none of us will ever be going to another Harvey’s again. Could not have gone worse. Was charged for a large and received a medium poutine. Asked for 3 forks, received one. Tablespoons of condiments made burgers soggy, messy, and inedible. Service was unsettling as employees stared and made female guests uncomfortable. This Harvey’s should be closed.
Woah, that's some burger, loved the angus burger that felt perfectly fresh and cooked, garnishes were spot on, harvey sauce and chipotle mayo are amazing.
There was an advertisement they forgot to take down but otherwise the food was good. The problem with this location is that it is overwhelmingly busy. It's in fact so busy with people going through the drive through and in the store that getting your food can take a good half hour. It's also hard for them to clean up the place there were flies everywhere.
Very disappointed. I was double charged for my order. When Brought it up to the staffs when they told me it was my order but I knew what I had since I chose the ingredients with the staffs myself. I had coupons to be used which the staff failed to enter and since the store is busy I did not realize until we had started eating. Honestly disappointed that I spent $50 in an order that I couldn’t enjoy.
Hot dog was well cooked and tasty. Fries were also delicious. Service was attentive.
Claimed at 8:15pm they were closed, it's written in multiple places 9:00pm closing. Refused to take my order and turned me away. Not the first time this location has given issues.
The food is good as usual. The staff jokes around when there is customer's waiting for food. Or even in jokes as if the fountain drinks is full. It spills in the ice bucket. Now the worst part of it is. You your getting the topping on your burger. I see only two tongs and the rest of the dressing is by hand with gloves on! The other part is the bathrooms are a mess and even the eating area. Here what it looks like in eating area. Plus when they clean the glass with windex then they put the bottle on top with nozzle facing the topping.
There always seems to be a problem. They don't accept coupons valid for the restaurant. When you mention scene points they look bewildered and you're causing them pain. Upgrading to a poutine or adding cheese is a visibly frustrating challenge for the staff. Just an overall joyless experience here, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Wont be back which is unfortunate because I absolutely love going to Harvey's in London where I spend half my time. Maybe London staff should teach the rigaud staff how its done.
Very slow counter service, messy floors and messy bathroom. One window broken so lots of flys in the restaurant.
