They were under staff but it still looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. There was no ketchup left they ran out which was ridiculous. The one girl at the cash was calm and did great considering the long line up. Food was ok, will not go back to that location.
Let’s start with the positives. Burgers were good and fries hot. The guy working the cash was friendly. Place was absolutely filthy. It was embarrassing to watch two staff members flirt and carry on behind the counter and not help out in any way. Won’t be back.
Unfortunately I have to give at least one star to post this. Rude young staff, rude managers and disgustingly dirty inside. Called my friend and I “bitches” for saying her friend was rude at the window and proceeded to say she doesn’t have to serve us for telling the truth. 91$ for trash service… spend your money else where but this Burger King seriously
Drive through broken for over 6 months. Finally seem to have more staff who are polite and fast but this was my second try at this place and it's biggest failure is they have raised their prices like most places to be fair but the food quality is just not the same. Patties are dry and there was barely any toppings on the burger. Seems like they are trying to save pennies but honestly it's just going to end up costing dollars in the long run.
Whopper dry and cold...cheese not melted. Spicy chicken sandwich...same. Employees laughing and fooling around. Where was the manager...no wonder it was empty.Food: 1/5
On my way back from Montreal airport, I used the drive-through services of this BurgerKing. Everything was crispy fresh. 10 out 10 for the staff at this location. By far my best experience at any BurgerKing in Canada.
Discovered a love of Burger Kong I didn't know I had. The drive through was closed down but instead of turning around and going to see the competition like I usualy do I decided to go inside. The workers were friendly and the mango chipotle burger was incredible! Absolutely delicious!!! And unlike with the competition a single burger is way plenty. I will be back
They only had number 8 available, no beef, no regular bread. Poutine was awfully salty and not even warm. Chicken burger... well, not sure if there was any chicken in it. And washroom was probably not washed for the last month... and dirty tables...
We have been here a few times now coming home from Montreal. Always need a whopper. I know there are so many Burger Kings, so you need to be better, not food, but rather have great customer service. As soon as we walked in the team came alert. They quickly took my order and then tagged team to bring my order item by item. The employee apologized that fries we going take an extra 30 seconds, because he wanted to make sure they're fresh. That's the little caring, pride in your work which makes this Burger King, the king.
Would not make coffee, chicken sandwich was not what I asked for, the guy was polite but the lack of staff showed in the lack of clean tables. We were happy to leave but will not return.Food: 2/5
