UPDATE: Google seems to have the correct hours now, but just in case: 11-3 M-W 11-8 Thursday and Friday 8-8 Saturday and Sunday Amazing homemade burgers - they’re huge and never frozen. Wing special Thursday nights - $0.75/wing, minimum 10. Salmon special Friday nights. $5 tall boys of Canadian and Coors Lite, if you’re into that kind of thing.
Outstandingly friendly and accommodating staff. I've had their Fish and Chips and Potato Skins that had an absolutely delicious and homely feel. Their fries are crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. I asked if we could bring my puppy to the restaurant and the waitress let us sit in the outdoor seating area. She checked on us just to make sure we had everything we need even though we were sort of hidden from view. Food does take a while to arrive as they don't have many staff but we never waited longer than 35 minutes for our order. The owner is generous and kind. All the staff are more than happy to take time out of their day just to go to that extra mile.
Excellent hamburger. Best I've ever had. My daughter also had it and said the same. Will take a drive just for their burger. From North Bay, Ontario
We ordered halibut fish with Ceasar salad and halibut with a Greek salad they were awesome!!! Ohh and the potato skins were yummy too. Great dinner. First time eating here will be back again.
5 stars for great service and casual food. Not 5 stars for fancy if thats what you are looking for.Great waterfront patio you can come to by boat. which is rare on this side of Lake Simcoe Homemade burgers, wraps, salads, fish and chips ect. Just love it!
Came shortly after the lunch rush and the place wasn't very busy. We ordered fairly simple meals for the most part poutines, hotdogs, and one fish and chips and it took around 45 minutes for the poutines to arrive and then an other 5-10 for hotdogs and fish and chips. We watched a party of 4 and a party of 6 arrive, eat, and leave before we got any of our food. We were told there was a mix up in the kitchen, but not much was said by way of apologies or to make up for it in any way. We had 4 kids and thankfully they were patient, but it unfortunately felt like we were forgotten for most of the time we were there. Food tasted OK. Cost also seemed a bit high for what we got...
A small restaurant. Welcoming staff. There are specials for lunch. Burger patty is home made as per menu, as is lasagna meat. There's a patio, and a quite a few tables in the air conditioned restaurant.
One hour of waiting and still no food or covfefe. Will update if it comes... Update: Delicious! Totally recommended
The fish and chip is pleasant surprise! Probably one of the best I’ve tasted. Originally I wasn’t a fan of haddock so when they inform me that they don’t have any halibut I was disappointed. But the haddock turn out fresh and moist and deliciously fried. The outside is crispy and the inside are so soft and flavourful !
Great little local place in the summer. They should winterize- get alot of business from the fish ice huts.Food: 4/5
