Ordered a crispy chicken burger with "everything except jalapeno" and got no toppings at all. No mayo, no ketchup, no mustard, no toppings nothing. Not going back here. I don't know man, after a long day of work driving home from a drive thru and finding this leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
My daughter and I stood there for 25 minutes for pick up my mobile order She was counting her sauces while we were waiting, and then she didn't know where the milk was, And she can't even put the lid on the coffee cup ….she deserved better guidance before she go to work.
Super upset with this location I went to the dry food, order my food and ask you a question about one of the coupon for the festive meal meal. The lady on the other end completely ignored me and then when I got up to the drive-through window, they said they cancelled my order and I had to sit there and place my order again for the second time which already annoyed me the customer experience is horrible and terrible. I’ve never had such horrible experience in my life and asked me to park in spot number two for pick up and when you’re 25 minutes this is getting ridiculous.
Was in the restaurant a while ago today and can say that the cashier with the fly away butterfly eyelashes who gave me the "just so you know" reply was quite rude. She called over the shorter European looking older woman who was even more rude. Be careful who you are ignorant to as you just never know who works for Corporate!!!! More training has to be provided as these staff haven't half a clue. I ordered a wrap and asked for everything on it, as in veggies. In any other store much like a sub shop, sauces are put on last and not part of the "everything" condiments. He was about to put ketchup on top of my grilled chicken. WOW. Its a wrap, not a burger. Good thing I was paying attention and didnt go through drive thru or i would have had every sauce available on the counter in my wrap. What a mess! Will only go back for a challenge!
This place makes you wait astronomical wait times for food that you didn’t order or that they messed up. I’m so sick of the employees here that just don’t seem to care about the orders or the customers, they just care about getting paid and leaving. Will NEVER be back. The person before us in line tonight even got his order messed up! Just over it! Please work on hiring staff with experience and actual knowledge and working ears. Thanks.
I bought large poutine, I just got half of the original quantity. The fries were uncooked and the store was out of gravy but just because the employees don’t want to make new gravy, they just gave me whatever they had, which was very tiny bit. I order almost every week but never had this bad experience. This picture shows only my account order history, my husband’s account has more orders than me. It felt like the employees were not ready at all to provide the service and to work. Worst experience.
Extremely slow drive thru. Only come here if you 30 minutes to waste. Average service speed is 11.5 minutes per car Monday to Saturday since January. Yes I keep track
They had alot of staff working behind the counter. In most places the focus is usually on the drive thru orders but at this location the focus was on both. Each staff were busy doing what their job was. The manager kept talking to the staff about the orders coming in and going out. Great communication and a great team. Food was great and fast. I had the hot dog and I have to say it's one of the best hot dogs I've had in a long time.
I would give no stars if I could. But since I can’t, I Ordered a pick up order for dinner tonight and they gave us the wrong persons order. Didn’t realize it till I got home. I sent hubby in with the receipt and a picture of the order so it could get fixed. They “remade” it, but it ended up still being wrong. Missing items and wrong burgers. Definitely not giving them another chance.
I got nuggets tonight. I ordered what was supposed to be a 5 pack of nuggets. This is what I received. I got 3 nuggets and 2 little bread crumbs. Do you call these nuggets? I got home to eat my dinner and this is what I get. These used to be good. It's getting hard to get good food here anymore. I can't get what I want on a burger because they use the same tongs and I get things in my burger that I didn't ask for. I'm going on the survey at the bottom of the receipt.
