Stopped by to grab dinner, was a little just before 18:30 on Saturday. Drive through was blocked, doors were locked and no signs were posted. Store hours posted online say they're open till 20:00 on Saturdays, so I guess they closed up early and went home. ‍ Ended up going to Popeyes across town and trying them out. I tried the classic deluxe chicken sandwich, it's without a doubt the best chicken sandwich I've had and I would 100% recommend them. Will definitely just go directly to Popeyes in the future.
What mess pulled up in a work truck that doesn’t fit in the drive through doors locked drive through only? Co worker Walked up to the window to order and asked if he could use the washroom and they said no and asked why we walked up to the window. Owners and management need to figure this location out a quick look at the reviews this isn’t news
Very disappointing. I show up at the KFC and it's drive through only. I'm driving so not a huge concern although I prefer to go inside and order. So I pull in to place my order and the ordering box is blocking a portion of the menu. Not a smart design. I had to reverse just to see it. I ordered a big crunch sandwich with extra mayo and by the time I got home I found a foreign orange sauce on my sandwich. Most likely spicy mayo or Chipotle. Regardless my sandwich was ruined as far as I'm concerned. I phoned the restaurant to fix this and after about 5 calls with no answer I figured it was review time. My fries seemed like they were several hours old. Needless to say it was a waste of money and looks like they don't care. And one last thing, the big crunch was not big nor crunchy. Hmmmmmmmm. What a joke.
Worst customer service I've ever seen. Only one person working the drive thru and front counter, and he was incredibly rude. The line was out the door and he was focused on drive thru only. I waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, then another 10 for him to hand me the order that was already waiting behind the counter. Having sat there for 30 min, the food was cold by the time I got it. The guy behind the counter didn't apologize for the wait, and even had the audacity to yell at me. Also, there was a maintenance person walking along the counter in his shoes. Disgusting!
Terrible. We had some kfc bought at Keswick location and it was brutal. Old chicken. Brown brown brown like it was reheated so many times. Fries were old. You can taste the old on them. Macaroni and coleslaw was old. They were disgusting. This location should be shut down. This isn’t the first time at that matter. It’s happened a few times where we’ve had gross reheated food and we thought this time maybe it would be better. But nope. Never are we going again. I will drive further if I have to.
Chickens, coleslaw and macaroni are old, cold and slimey. Every thing you want are not available, corns never become available, they only have two options for the drinks. Diet Coke and 7up. I ordered online for pick up and they weren’t even aware what I ordered until I got there. I was supposed to pick up my order at 3pm and nothing were ready. Some days I go there the store is closed even it says on their website it’s open. They always close the drive thru too. Service is really bad at this location. Dine in is always not available too. They never answers calls too. Seems like they’ve been reheating their food repeatedly.
Stopped by for lunch, Zaki took excellent care of my family, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best meal possible! Food was delicious! Thanks, Zaki!
Stopped by for lunch at 12:30pm on Fri Apr 22nd. Drive through blocked off and sign on door says drive tru open only. Lots of hiring signs up. Banged on the drive tru window and the employee that answered said they wouldn't be open until 1pm. Lots of customers walking/ driving up and leaving while I was there. One local lady asked me from her car are they closed. I said ya not opening until 1pm and she shook her head and said it's like this everyday and left. Wow what a disorganized mess.
Horrible service here in the Keswick location. There is literally one worker cook, cash, taking order etc absolutely ridiculous. He is way over his head a wait of 45 mins but couldn’t get refund so had to wait. It’s very sad to make your employees that stressed and exhausted for barley any money is ridiculous. The corporation needs to do better
