I personally liked the food. This is the 1st time I had a burger here in Harvey's. Ordered buffalo chicken burger with pickle The chicken burger was to my liking I specifically liked their bun , soft and easy to squeeze into your mouth. The option to choose your own toppings on the inside is a bonus . Like their pickle Fries with the honey mustard and Ranch sauce. They do have veg burgers with the patty made out of soybeans. Onion rings and Fries The place is large enough to host atleast 20-30 people in a go and very well maintained. It was just us and one more family when we went in. The staff is very very courteous, mainly the front end kiosk lady. She was polite and suggested us options, answered all my questions . Gave us sometime to fixate on our order. The only change they could possibly but not necessarily has to do is to offer pop refills. We did not ask them since it was facing the kitchen and inside the cash counter. Very well priced a bit on the higher side compared to MCD but the food here is worth it. Keep it up guys . Will be visiting again soon. Vegetarian options: They do have veg burgers with the patty made out of soybeans. Onion rings and Fries Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and the do have baby chairs Parking: Plenty of parking available Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is .
Fast food is fast food, and unless it is really screwed up, most often it is good....if you are a fan of fast food, as I am. What sets Harvey's in Saint John, NB apart is the service. I can't speak to what every day service is as, full disclosure, I have only eaten in this restaurant twice. However, if what we experienced on our visit yesterday is every day service, it is absolutely, second to none. We had a question around using gift cards on mobile orders. The front counter person and shift manager took time to investigate and offer solutions. We then placed our order and, again, the counter person offered every option with a smile and suggestion, and was incredibly attentive to us while we were their customer. I can't remember another time when I experienced such personal interaction with an employee of a fast food establishment. My only regret is I didn't get their name so I could personally acknowledge this individual. When is the last time you left any fast food restaurant and had a discussion around how great the service was??? I can tell you that a very unfortunate experience we had recently at a local McDonald's was so bad that I emailed the company to share that shift management and training was drastically needed the on duty managers did not even know the owner's last name! Imagine my disappointment when the stock response I received said they were sorry I had to wait for my order....not the issue folks! I bring up this terrible experience only to give a true example of worst to first and share that the team we interacted with at Harvey's should be the benchmark for the industry. If you are in the food service industry and have employees of this caliber, thank them, encourage them, pay them their worth to your business and, for God's sake, use these amazing resources to show your new team members how it should be done!

Visited today Jan 26th/23 @ approx 7:45pm, and the guy working counter/drive thru was so friendly & had a great attitude! They were fairly busy but he handled multiple customers inside the restaurant & at the drive thru easily and with a the best attitude/positive manner. Great customer service & great food on this visit!
Placed a mobile order and waited nearly 5 minutes at the speaker before even being acknowledged after saying hello more than once ended up waiting 15 minutes total, only to receive cold food and was told i should have been on time if i wanted to get my food hot, I was i stop here often as it is convenient but will be going elsewhere in future.
Food was good but 10 hours later I got intense stomach pains and nausea. Very likely I got food poisoning here

Great place to grab a burger. Ordered online while we drove there. It almost ready when we arrived. The place was clean and tidy.
The service was excellent. The staff is very friendly. They top the burger in front of you. Nothing fancy. Clean restaurant.
Yesterday I went for pickup skip order pickup in lunch time , It was really good experience, The man may be manager he is really friendly. Definitely ll visit next time there .
