Three of our family went to JJ'S for a Birthday dinner and the varied menu had delicious choices fir everyone, even Keto safe meals. Service was great, very attentive to our every need!!! Parking: Lots of space close to the entrance Dietary restrictions: One member is Jeto, but still found a great meal!!
After eating at this restaurant 7 times in the past and always having been very satisfied, last night I ran into a disaster with a horrible meal and very poor service. Misleading advertising on the menu for their 'all you can eat wing night" with side orders included. I got 7 miniscule overcooked wings --90% bones, and a handful of fries that appeared to have been sitting around all day. I asked the server for napkins when I ordered. They never came. ALL the servers vanished...literally disappeared...for close to half an hour at one point. Very, very disappointing. Exactly how restaurants lose loyal customers. The icing on the cake...suggested tips starting at 18%! Goodbye Jim. I won't be back.
It was my first visit to Jungle Jim's and overall it was a disappointment. We waited quite a while at the door, where a sign said wait to be seated, while it wasn't very busy at all. Had the two peices of Fish and Chips. The Cole Slaw was good, but the fish or Cod was not fresh. Good kids meal and meals. The waitress did a good job in serving us. They had no wifi for the customers and that was a great disappointment, and I suggest to a waitress that it was such a good marketing strategy not to have wifi.
Great place all together. Eating, services, staff, All poliet and amazing services from staff to customer! I wouldnt hesitate to dine in or take out there again it was pheonomenal and lovely place to eat and socialize with friends and family i highly recommand and strongly advise locals and outta town individuals to not knock it before you try it! dine in or take out foods is also amazingly fresh and great foods to consume and for the whole family to enjoy as well! It also a great working enviroment as well!! You must try it!!
This is the first time I was disappointed with the food. I had the steak tacos and the meat was so tough I had take it out and cut it into little bits in order to chew it. You couldn't bite through it. Never had a bad meal before and we've been there many times.Food: 2/5
We enjoyed a delicious meal at Jungle Jim's today. We had BBQ Chicken Taquitos to start, Fish Tacos with Caesar Salad and a Normie Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. We also got an order of Cinnamon-Sugar-Coated Caramel Apple Chimi Cheesecake to go. Everything was soooo good!!!
Amazing staff. Uday was awesome. The food was delicious and perfect temperature. We had such a great experience. The kitchen sink comes in an actual sink, lol. Thank you
Staff was friendly, the French onion soup was bland, not recommended. Everything else was delicious.
First visit and an excellent experience! Friendly staff and great food are a winning combination!
