Currently waiting inside for 2 meals only. 17 minutes and nothing happening except young guys laughing behind the counter. At least 6 crew members. No customer inside or at the drive. Professionalism is gone here if it even existed. Disaster. Update : finally got it after 21 min. The burgers were waiting behind them, had to come to the counter to ask for it and she laughed at me. Had a cold meal. Great !
This was my first Arby's experience and I gotta say I was very impressed. The cashier probably wasn't pleased to see us so late but she made our experience second to none. The food was hot and tasted great. They had all their covid safety devices in place and asked for our vaxx info. We definitely rang the bell on the way out. I can't wait to come back and try another menu item. Keep up the good work.
For a fast food restaurant, it was very quaint and the staff was super friendly. Food was awesome. Would be great if Prince Edward Island had an Arby's for a different take on fast food.Food: 5/5
Came to this location a couple times usually go through the drive-thru the last time I came was a couple weeks ago and was served by a girl named Brooke who was so ignorant and unprofessional. I did not end up ordering my food due to her , I went to pay by debit and she handed it me so fast that my phone wouldn't tap she kept demanding that I put my card in , I kept telling her I do not have a card on me , I only have my phone can you please reset it , she ignored me she kept turning around and talking to the other girls that she was working with . I end up saying forget it you are treating me very badly and I drove away. I have been going to Arby's locations all across Canada as I'm new to St John for over 40 years and have never been treated this way and this is the second time I was to this location and treated this way by this girl named Brooke. I've actually been thinking about contacting the head office over this. My recommendations would be to get Brooke off of drive-thru she is very unprofessional and I would not want her representing my company and losing money .
Arby's is the most underrated restaurant. It is POG. I don't understand why everyone isn't visiting DAILY. Have you not seen their menu in a couple years? Everything is GOD TIER! Everything. Bring your mom this Christmas. She will not be disappointed.
Found hair and lint in my sliders Really easy to see on the white cheese And my roast beef sandwich was wrapped inside out and the red dye got warm and stained the beef a bright red Looked just like sauce but didn’t taste like it
I have been to this location several times. I have brought friendsso, recommended. Each time different friends were pleasantly surprised by the food. The service was very good as well. Prices are slightly high for fast food but worth it.
Always stop at Arby's Saint John when we go into the city. A location in St.Stephen would be great on King Street a lot of trafficFood: 5/5

Update March 2023. Shortly after I did this review Arby's emailed me. I was told someone would be in contact to make it right. It's going on a year and sadly I have never heard from anyone again. It may have looked like a scam call and my phone may have rejected it or it may have been an 800 number which no one answers anymore. Regardless there was very little/no effort made by Arby's to make this right as they said. Arby's has been my 1st choice since it opened here and I probably visit around 50 times a year. However Saturday June 6, 2022 was the worst. One of the girls up front constantly twirled her hair which was gross. After a while I thought I should nicely let her know. So I told her she shouldn't be playing with her hair around food. She said sorry but instead of washing her hands she went and boxed fries.while whispering to her co-workers about me. Then I get the order, poutine is curly fries so I tell the girl that's not what my mom wanted, she said o would have had to tell her that when I ordered them. Weird, never had to before we have ALWAYS been asked. But she didn't seem to want to do anything about it so my mom ate it. She said it was the worse poutine she had ever had and the curly fries were burnt. I had to go back up to the counter 3 times for stuff that didn't get put on the tray. Appears to be a good time to take a break from Arby's sadly.
