Harvey's is an amazing restaurant and they make the best hamburgers in the area. This location is ran very and the food quality is excellent. The food is also served pretty fast. The staff here are mature and have great customer service. I also ordered a poutine and it was really good. It tasted great and I really enjoyed it. All the food on the menu is tasty and Harvey's has great quality across the board. The parking is free and it is immense in size. You will have no issues finding parking here. Overall the restaurant is great and I always enjoy eating there. I've been at this location over 20 times in the last six months. This location has free refills and customers have access to pouring their own drinks at the soda fountain. The restaurant is clean and well organized. There wasn't a lot of people there when I attended but it has a warm and professional environment. The meal wasn't very expensive and tasted really good. From a scale of 0 to 10. 10 being this place is amazing and the best burger place in the city and 0 it being the worst restaurant in the city. I think the place ranks a 9 out of 10. It's a really good restaurant and the food. I really enjoyed this place. Let me know what your experience was like and if you enjoy this place as well.
Service was impeccable, by a gentleman dressing our burgers. I believe his name was Wilson. He interacted gently with a number of older customers and fun personable with young fella in line. Polite, helpful, manners and one of the friendliest employees I have encountered in the fast food industry in a very long time. We need more folks like him in every industry!
Came in on a Tuesday at 5:30pm. Pretty standard dinner time for most. I ordered my food, $19.08 for a burger and frings. I stood at the counter after paying for about 5 minutes. The staff seemed busy walking around doing things, but the kitchen wasn’t doing anything, no food waiting under the heat lamps. I went and sat down and waited for another 10 minutes or so. Than the cook from the kitchen came out and offered me a juice or a drink and informed me that he just put my burger on the grill… I looked at him and his big glasses confused and he walked back to the kitchen. After what seemed like 5 more minutes I see my burger come up, so I walked up. We put the toppings on my burger, it was ready. But they didn’t notice I had onion rings on my order. “My apologies we’re waiting on your frings”… I was obviously frustrated at this point, I Just wanted my food. Finally the onion rings were done.. “sorry sir, we’re just waiting on your fries now they just went down…” You can’t make this up… I placed my order at 05:35P according to my receipt. I sat down with my food to eat at 6:03pm… by my math that’s 28 minutes. 28 minutes to cook each of my food items one at a time, after forgetting to start my order for approximately 15 minutes. On the positive side, the store was very clean.
Very bad we pay 25$ just for nothing we order two burgers and was totally wastage of money
As always, the friendly staff greeted me warmly and patiently waited for me to decide what I’d like to order. Of course, I landed on the Original Cheeseburger w Bacon. I had it topped the only way a burger of that calibre should be: onions, double yellow mustard and double pickles. That’s it. I know some ppl add “the works” and probably feel it’s more bang for your buck. But really in this case less is more. Well except for doubling the mustard and pickles. Then more is more. Enjoy.
Stopped in this afternoon! Tara was fast to take our order! Also remembered what I got last time! happy to see us! Food was great as usual! Fresh fast and hot! Always great coming here! Rest of the staff look happy and energetic!
Came though the drive thru late and ordered a chicken sandwich, there was a 5 minute wait on it no problem! and a gentleman by the name of Wilson came out to check what we wanted on it and recommended Harv sauce for not only the burger but the poutine as well and even brought out a sample for us! 10/10 recommendation and service from not only Wilson but all the employees on march 13th around 10pm
Stopped in while traveling to Toronto and tried the Angus Cheesy Mushroom Melt. The burger was hot and delicious! Service by the supervisor Wilson was friendly and attentive. Thanks for the positive experience!Recommended dishesDeep Fried Pickles, Classic Poutine
I went in the restaurant to pick up delivery. Since I got in, there is one senior employee working in and he was being rude. He told me very rudely that it will take long time for my delivery. Also I’ve seen him being rude with other customer too! Anyway after almost 10 to 15 minutes he gave me my order with two drinks. Normally restaurant employees putting drinks in a trays but when I asked him he told me help yourself and walked away. I’ve heard from other drivers about him but I never had any bad experiences in Harvey’s except today. They have only two customers in the restaurant so it wasn’t even busy. Felt very bad and honestly kinda lil racist too.
Chicken burgers are great the service was ok but they are always slow at the drive through window they need to speed up a little waiting 20 minutes or better for your food is a little slow. Over all food was good.Food: 4/5
