Such an nice place and great customer service. I took Mediterranean bowl and switch the dressing to my needs. Everything can be customized. Love it Vegetarian options: All is vegetarian, protein can be added if you want Parking: Withing a shopping mall Dietary restrictions: Whatever your dietary restriction, ask and they will be happy to adapt to your needs!
Love Freshii! Their food is soo good with lots of vegan options and I enjoyed their apple cider vinegar gummy. Love going to this location when on road trips, always clean, great service and food quality. Can get busy. Recommend!
I usually love this place. However tonight I ordered a Teriyaki bowl and asked for rice noodles, the ones I've always had there, the ones they advertise. Instead I got home to an unpleasant surprise of a bowl a thin spaghetti looking noodles and hardly any sauce. I couldn't even it. It was dry and heavy to eat. I got a fruit smoothie and this mess for $18+ so disappointing I called the store and the young lady was very friendly and explained that their shipment of their regular noodles didn't come in, but said these were their substitute. I only wish I was advised so I could decide if I still wanted to order it. So for tonight, the Teriyaki bowl goes in the garbage and I guess I'll eat a piece of fruit for a late dinner after a 16 hr shift at work.
Good alternative stop on the way to Kingston or the big TO. Fresh, tasty options here that are served quickly with flair. The bowls seem to be the best thing on the menu
I was at freshii this afternoon and I was shocked to overhear what I presume to be the manager yelling at one of the employees and I was very taken aback with the things she was saying it seemed very inappropriate having a very intense conversation in-front of not only other employees but customers aswell.
Very disappointed …always found this location great ! Buddha bowls not even close to what they were… had to look for the chicken broccoli was cut into pieces very little sauce rice noodle was cold and rice was in a clump thought I would give it another chance and again a disappointment won’t be returning
Grumpy old lady working the cash. I asked for the buddhas satay with rice noodles as a burrito. She would not accommodate this, said she isn’t allowed and I could only have rice in a very rude way. I just went to another freshii location…they said no problem with a smile.
Buddha Wrap is SO good! Broccoli, cabbage, wonton, carrot, rice with a peanut sauce.
The owner/server was so rude. I came by 10 mins before close and the doors were locked. When I waved to let them know, she rudely waved her arms and said “we’re closed!”. Odd considering the sign right at the front says “new longer hours - open 10 am - 8 pm”. Definitely won’t be back here again.
