Wilfredo, gives great service at the drive through, he’s very respectable young man, gets my orders correct and is very responsible person. You need more people like him everywhere. I asked him for the special sauce it’s amazing I always say give me the Fredo way.
Overall an acceptable place for a classic burger. Service is warm, made to order, with overall good taste for mass market product but often waits are a bit longer but nothing detrimental.Food: 3/5
Last month purchased combos and the drinks tasted and smelled like chemicals. We had to discard the drinks both times. The fries were also undercooked one time and extremely long waiting time, 15-20mins for 4 cars... I requested a call back from customer support twice, agent said I would get a call back, and I still haven't heard back. Last night I picked up Swiss chalet, instead of fountain drinks, we got bottles and they stated there was no charge. We were charged 1.50 per bottle... We ordered 2 de-boned qrtr chicken combos and 2 kids meals. Instead of a dirt and worms treat for my kids, they got a plant growing kit. Good thing I reviewed before giving it to them. My chicken had a large part of cartilage that I bit into, turning me off. Went for a sip of mtn dew, and tasted funny. Expired Dec. 30 2019. Went to store to complain, spoke to manager, got proper treats and new mtn dew... went to drink it today and noticed it expired Apr.20 2020... no words. Just appalling to be honest... We will not be going back to this location unless we can be assured the experience will change. The staff are very nice, nothing against them. However, it highly lacks quality control.
Combo Harveys Swiss Chalet location. Stopped in about 3pm. Not overly busy but steady flow of customers. Had a Harveys Cheeseburger, Fries and a Pop. First thing that impressed me was the freshness of the topping. Once I received my food, the burger was delicious. Very different from in city locations. Service was prompt although a customer who came in after me received a similar order before me. As for the atmosphere it was pretty clean and the TV was on CP24. Other than that pretty quiet. Parking: Strip plaza location plenty of parking when I was there Wheelchair accessibility: Full wheelchair accessibility
Elizabeth asked me , without me asking, if I'd like z second fork when she saw I was with my wife. Additionally arranged a free cup of water and gave us a caa discount bc of our membership. Her smile and demeanor made the drive through a pleasant experience. Give that gal a raise!!!
Tonight I bought a cheeseburger well done fries and a drink I have never had a bad experience at stouffville Harvey but Tonight it was exceptionally delicious and prepared perfectly. Great service too ! Ty guys and gals
Harvey's always hits the spot. It provides excellent precise service. Delicious, rich food. Hamburgers are done just like each family likes with no mistakes. The milkshakes are creamy & rich. My boys loved the new Oreo shake. Vegetarian options: Harveys has a veggie burger. I've has it fully loaded. It is a great option when you want healthier option.
Service was excellent! Rob at cash was very friendly and a great communicator. The woman missed her name, sorry who packed my order and reviewed it with me was also very friendly. Everything was organized and the food tasted great! Will definitely revisit this location. One thing I have noticed over the years is that the burger portion/size has become significantly smaller which is disappointing to see but this is in no way a reflection of the Stouffville location, it must be from Harvey's company that has adjusted portion sizing.
Terrible service! In the middle if assembling our order the manager sent the employee helping us outside to deliver an order. Leaving ours sitting there getting cold. Manager extremely rude. It should not take 30 mins to order and get food. Do not recommend this location
Ordered burger combo...Always has been given me cold burgers with cold fries, NO quality what soever and they put so much sauce so can’t taste the uncooked meet that is still red. Try to avoid them all together it’s been repeated so many times that is time to give them up at least the Stouffville location
