Monday December 12, 2022 I ordered the chicken snack wrap and medium fries by drive thru mobile order pick up and my wrap wasn't wrapped properly and we waited around 3 minutes until there was someone at the speaker to serve us, on top of that there wasn't enough people inside working which is probably why the wrap wasn't wrapped properly. The medium fries were good though, it wasn't overcooked. Overall it's okay
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich here. But I’m pretty sure it wasn’t at all what I ordered and it tasted terrible. The chicken patty was too firm. When I saw the patty, I was so disgusted that I ate part of the sandwich. I really wanted to throw up. I was so hungry but I couldn’t eat it. I threw it away and I will never come back here again.
Absolutely filthy!! I have never seen this place clean. Kitchen does not care.
Been coming here at lunchtime for the past 2 years. Going inside can be upsetting, because the priority is on drive thru customers. The drive thru service on the other hand is amazing! John speaks clearly and orders are taken precisely.Food: 4/5
Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, it is what it is; the service was friendly and quick but the food? Very low quality imo Don't often eat "fast food" but was running quite late and opted to grab a Wendy's cheeseburger, a regretful mistake for sure - there's a reason that cheap quick food is cheap and quick
The drive through took so long I parked my car and went in to order. To my suprise, they were not busy inside so what was the hold up? Kiosk only accepted debit and cashiers only accepted cash.Food: 3/5
It's ok, if you are trying to use coupons, it's cash only while their kiosk is debit/credit. The food is decent but I think it's very small compared to other locations
The customer service has definitely gone down hill in the past two years. Have only gone through the drive through but I'm consistently surprised at the lack of customer service.Food: 5/5
There is a difference between a hamburger and a cheese burger, people have allergies; kids in particular. They keep putting cheese on everything even when they confirm NO CHEESE. Maybe they should hire staff with a bit more education.Food: 2/5
It was 10:00 am. The self order was turned off, & the employees would not turn it on until 10:30 am when breakfast ends. I was also told I need cash. Just to ensure I could not order breakfast. There were ZERO customers, just 4 employees standing around laughing in some foreign language.
