We tried ordering online for pickup. The online menu wasn’t working the nice lady told me it was glitchy, out of date I was a little disappointed with the mushy fried rice. My husband ordered garlic chicken, which they mixed with prawns in the same box. We didn’t order prawns. There is no dine in.

Heard it was the best Chinese food in pg and frankly after trying the ginger beef I feel like I have been pranked pretty gross and small meal I was given over priced aswell pg can do better

So, I enjoy the food. What I don't enjoy, is calling and ordering something chicken and sweetcorn soup which is a small bowl and getting something entirely different huge container of chicken noodle soup and 3x the price of what I originally ordered, because they no longer serve it. I ordered from the menu they have on their Web page, and when I called with the issue she said they were aware the menu on the website was incorrect and has been for a long time, so they are aware it's an issue and i guess the owners just dont care enough to fix it. So I had to pay for something I won't eat. All in all pretty terrible management

it took over an hr. to get my food ,and when i did get it ,well it was cold ,i told the delivery driver , not het fault ,i did tip her ,when i called to the rest. i told them my food was cold ,and i was not happy ,they wanted to send me another meal ? what am i going to do with two meals? cant eat all that food ,,they were busy they said .not my prob. hire more staff then i told her ,,iam done with them ,,bad service ,,to slow ,,and food is not very good , very poor customer service ,,do your self a favor ,and dont order from this place ,,if you do you will be sorry ,,they suck..i cant say it enough ,how bad the food is here , sooo pricy and its just the worst food ever ..well its not even food ..its trash ..iam sorry i dont norm. complain ,but in this situation ,it calls for it ...so disappointed

Read the reviews online, decided to drive to the north end of Prince George to give it a try. Walked in and they don't have in-dinning even though the web site clearly states that they do. So I decided to order take out seeing how I drove all the way up there from my hotel in the south of town. When I arrived back in my hotel at the south end of town, found no utensils or napkins in the bag. Luckily I had a plastic coffee cup lid I folded to resemble a utensil. One would think in a take out order they could include utensils wouldn't you? Or do you have to ask for them and napkins? To think I even tipped the young girl for the service......Won't be gracing the doors of this restaurant on my next trip through......

Food consistently great and very well priced!

We ordered the Chinese food for delivery. It was hot on arrival, crisp, delicious, non greasy and a large portion for a very fair price! Looking forward to trying some other menu items  Also, I'm not a spring/egg roll fan, but because the food was so good, I tried one of my husband's, and it was amazing! The right kind of crispy with a delicious center

Take out and delivery only.  Fairly lackluster affair. Prices are about average, staff are helpful when making order but limited due to no dine in. Overall food quality is just not there compared to other options available.

Usually really good food and timing for order is usually pretty awesome.  Today being mother's day, the young lady working the phones and front end of the restaraunts take out and delivery only was doing as good of a job as she could.  We have been going to hart wheel in for upwards of 18 years and I have never heard the phone go off that much.  So although I had to wait for my order the food was pretty awesome since it was right fresh !  Have always recommended them and still do!

It's a good truck stop kind of diner. Food was good, prices were fair. Had an eggs Benedict with deep fried hash browns and sausage on the side. it was really good. Personally I would've liked my hash browns a bit more crispy, they were kind of soft, but still good. Also would've been nice to have the food brought out all at once instead of as it was ready. There was a good 5 min wait from when the first person got their meal to the last table of 5 people. But the waitress did a good job of keeping our drinks filled and our table clean. The big round tables are kind of nice because they give you more room
