Our philosophy on food is simple, take ancient Neapolitan cooking techniques that are steeped in tradition and put a modern spin on it.
Use the best ingredients possible to create plates that sing from being hand made and having their natural flavours shine.
This is why less is often times more, putting less ingredients on a pizza lets each individual ingredient shine instead of being masked by too many competing flavours.

Last night we had the most incredible meal I have ever had in Prince George. We enjoyed the Valentine’s Day 3 course meal from Chef Warren and went home with leftovers. It was a meal for 2 for $110! Usually that’s the price for 1 person for a really fancy dinner!nnThe meal started with falafel encrusted lamb chops, the entree was a huge ribeye, scallops, vegetables and croquette. And dessert was pistachio and strawberry cake.nnThey even had a promotion with a local florist and we ordered a bouquet that was ready for our table when we arrived.nnThe team at Betulla always knocks our socks off. Thank you for such a lovely evening!
I attended Betulla Burning on august 29, 2025 at 7 p.m. for dinner. I had come to PG for an IPSC shooting match hosted by the local range. I am from Vernon, about an 8 hour drive away. On entry by myself I was asked if I had a seating preference. I advised I would really like a seat where I could see the food prep area and I was immediately accommodated and not disappointed. I can see straight into the oven as well as the dough prep area. There is a tonne of old world charm going on with that pizza oven. I indurstand it is wood fired. The chef uses long handled spatulas and treats those pizzas with some love. I ordered a pint of deadfal retrogression west coast ipa. It is a nice craft style beer. Refreshing and a little more hoppy that your average canned beveridge. Again service was prompt and pleasant. I also ordered the prosciutto pizza.nReally excellent service throughout my stay. Friendly and welcoming. A cut above for sure. For the owners of Betulla Burning I can't stress this enough, you have a superior team.nPizza was great! This business is not in competition with domino's. This business does not know that Domino's exists. It is a completely different product. It's not cheap. At 32$ for a pizza it is not going to hit many budget points. But... its not trying to be cheap, it is trying for a quality point and experience. They do very well on both points. I would absolutely go back. Outstanding place for a social meal or a date.
Had a solid experience here, huge thanks to Holly and Warren.nnHolly was very welcoming and attentive at the bar. Her recommendations were honestly perfect. We could see she truly cares about creating a good experience just with all the little details.nnChef Warren had created an entirely new menu for Valentine's. Every dish felt well balanced and curated for the evening. I saw him personally checking in on guests throughout the evening. Holly also had her touch for Valentine's with edible flowers to certain drinks.nnIt's rare to see this level of effort from all staff at the same time. Very grateful for the experience and will definitely be back for more.
Amazing pizza I got the margarita with a house wine and it was exactly what I was craving. Soft and crispy yet perfectly chewy crust and their home made ranch is on point.nThank you all for the wonderful experience, I definitely recommend trying if you are up in Prince George
Had a great meal here on a recent work trip. Awesome pizza oven and warm space. Menu highlights were the fried chicken, pizzas, Korean pork pasta and Italian donuts. Great service and a solid wine list. Also made a good negroni, definitely recommended.
