Going to the dentist sucks… But if you want a very pleasant experience, you want to go here. starting with the receptionists . The people that answer the phone and greet you at the door are half the reason I get my teeth repaired here. dr. Harry Sangha has put together such a great dental team. everyone in there makes you feel special. you really feel like you’re in good hands. The whole place has a nice vibe. Really nice job you guys.
Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been coming here for years and have never missed an appointment. I recently called in to reschedule an appointment multiple times within the time frame of cancellation as I was unable to make the time and no one answered. I called again the next day and they said they would charge me a $50 cancellation fee as it wasn’t within the 48 hour window. I said I called the day before and no one answered and they said because I didn’t leave a voicemail they had to charge me this unless I cancel my work and clients to come in for my appointment. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and sounded exasperated throughout the conversation. I don’t know who recently got hired at the front, but the admin years ago was WAY better and more friendly. This person works on a Friday at 1:30pm. If you can, avoid speaking with her. You will be talked to in a condescending way.
Our family has been with this dental clinic for over 16 years. The staff is very nice and always giving the customers the best service. Kristin, Rachel and Ribeca are so sweet. Dr. Sangha and Dr. Lim are very professional and do the best for their patients. Every time we are in the clinic just feel like we are home.
Welcoming and professional, great office atmosphere, easy to book and reschedule appointments, ample free parking on site. Thank you Dr. Lim and team! I look forward to my visits! :
Family Dental Care Kitsilano is my go-to place for cleaning and filling. I was scared of dental visits because of anxiety, but now I'm not afraid at all! The staffs are awesome and their environment are so comfy that I would not feel stressful at all. Today I just finished my Invisalign refinement and I'm so excited that I finally have my teeth straightened and can smile more confidently! Great shout-out to Dr. Harry, Dr. Yvonne, and Aja. It has been a long journey for me due to pandemic and my complex orthodontic condition. Thanks so much for always being patient, professional, and supportive to me. I definitely cannot make it without you.
I have had my teeth cleaned as well as a filling with Family Dental Care Kitsilano. Both experiences left me so grateful for my friend referring me to this place. Literally the kindest and most thoughtful staff I have met in a dental office from the ladies at the reception to the dentist. While listening to the positive chatting going on around me I could not have felt more relaxed and taken care of. This office is a hidden gem! I highly recommend it.
Family Dental Care is a wonderful environment with exceptional staff. I can comfortably talk about my concerns or goals with my smile. They always listen and find the best solution/plan for me. I feel fantastic when I leave and their prices are extremely reasonable.
Dr Yvonne Lim and her team are very professional, skilled and lovely to work with. They are always communicating with the patient and checking in to see that you are comfortable. My dental care has been seamless.
I have nothing but good things to say about the team here. I have recommended multiple friends and colleagues here and across the team think they are always positive, friendly and put you as the client first. They also give great advice and I have never felt upsold or pressured. For example my partner was recently considering Invisalign and the consultation was free here but at her previous dentist it was hundreds of dollars upfront. Thank you for the years of great care!
I had 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. It was quite an event due to how rooted they were. Dr Yvonne and her team did an incredible job. They were patient with the couple panic attacks I had. They answered any questions as they really want the patient to understand what is happening and why. They're closed at weekends but was given the docs number should I have any questions and she replied super fast. Top level customer service. I honestly hated dentists before, but these guys have made me realise that there are are some great ones out there that truly care about the patient.
