Dr. Andrew not only amazing dentist he is the best human! He have the most amazing team, I’m so grateful for Dr. Andrew and his team. My sisters with they children came from Ukraine and when Dr. Andrew find out that they need dentist he offered his help. My little niece needed a lot of work to be done and doctor did all for free, and also was so patient and understanding with her. We are forever grateful and so lucky to have such are amazing doctor!

A few years ago one of my teeth developed a tiny crack, which could have been diagnosed on initial visit but took me three visits instead. The dentist first sold me a round of full mouth cleaning suggesting that could be the cause of the pain. A few days later when the pain didn't go away, he tried dry ice to test sensitivity. On the last visit several days later I got visibly upset with him and that's when he decided to use laser scan for the diagnosis. Long story short, it was confirmed it's a crack, for which I got a crown. The whole experience left some bad taste in my mouth as he should have used laser scanning on my first visit, thus saving me some hassle and money. one time I forgot an appointment for cleaning and was billed for no-show; if they notified me a day or two before the appointment I would have felt better but the truth is they never bothered to do that with any of the appointments I ever had with them. I couldn't understand why in this day and age the clinic doesn't subscribe to an automated system like those other dental clinics to notify the patient when an appointment is due. One more thing. The dental guard the dentist sold me didn't fit well and he knew it from the beginning. After a few months of use, it cracked. I notified the clinic about it but never received a response. That's when I decided to stop coming here. The way dental care is set up in Canada there's a lot of patient/customer churning going on. I don't mind paying what they ask - it's a fair game - but I just can't stand subpar service.

I am a person who has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist, Dr. Seebaran made me feel super comfortable and told me what he was going to do before he did it. He’s very kind and caring and listens to you. The staff are lovely. They make you feel really comfortable. I recommend this dentist 10/10!

Dr Seebaran and his staff are simply AWESOME!!! They have treated my whole family for years, and several of my friends too. He has also successfully been able to do complex procedures for me that typically require a Dental Specialist, and results have been AMAZING! Staff is so nice, and make you feel like Family! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his team to all patients, young and old.

I have been very fortunate to have Dr Seebaran as my dentist. In the past year or two, in several dental emergencies requiring urgent care, I have found Dr Seebaran to have outstanding clinical judgment, excellent attention to detail and a professional manner that inspires confidence. As well, when a complex dental challenge arose, he not only came up with a good plan he then executed the plan requiring dental work with significant cosmetic impacts, over the past year. I have been extremely pleased with the results. His work is top-notch and I recommend him highly.

My family and I first started going to this clinic many yrs ago. When the previous dentist, Dr. O’Brien, suddenly retired, he fortunately had already vetted Dr. Seebaran and highly recommended him as an excellent dentist at the top of his class. We considered changing dentist at that time as we then lived in Richmond but decided that good dental care is worth the drive. All these years later and the 4 of us have never been disappointed. Dr. Seebaran is an outstanding, caring dentist who explains clearly and does not hesitate to refer when needed. My husband says to write “best pain control”. The office is very efficiently run with little/no wait times. The dental assistants, Debbie and Claire, and hygienist, Chris, are also knowledgeable, skilled, gentle and efficient. Most of the staff have been in the office since Dr. O’Brien’s time which is testimony to their happiness as employees. We are now retired and living in South Surrey and my daughter and SIL in Surrey, so we are now 5 going to Dr. Seebaran regularly, still consider him well worth the drive, and all have been very pleased with the work. We highly recommend Dr. Seebaran and his staff for professional dental care.

I'm someone who is scared of going to the dentist based on previous experiences. Moving to Vancouver and having to find a new dentist didn't make my fear any easier. A family friend recommended Dr. Seebaran and I'm super happy with his work. He's very calm and professional. What I appreciate most is that he talks me through the steps he's doing so I know exactly what's going on.

At the time my husband and I moved to Vancouver several years ago, I did an extensive research in order to find “the best dentist in town”. I am pleased I found Dr. Seebaran! He has been talking good care of us for a couple of years and we are extremely pleased with his skills, professionalism and sincerity.

My wife and I saw Dr. Seebaran for the entire five years we lived in Vancouver and I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Excellent, thorough care provided every single time. Laid out options for treatment clearly and honestly and never pushed for any unnecessary procedures for the sake of it. We luckily found a dentist in Alberta who matches Dr. Seebaran's level of professionalism, skill and integrity but I am sad we won't be able to see him again.
