Harris Meats & Groceries Inc

Have always been a regular customer because I liked the people in the butcher area but after today I will no longer be a regular customer due to the rudeness of the blonde at the cashier. A few classes of customer service might help. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.

their salami is so good!, honestly i made the best salami sandwich with the little salami that i had purchased. here is a slice of salami that i have left over!

I Can Agree, that at times the front staff ( Girls ) , are not as friendly nor as POLITE , as the should be to the paying public, However, The Back End Staff Are All Fantastic, I Take my father, Here, to shop his meat requests, & the Women, & Men at the back end are always Polite, & Friendly!

I love the meat counter here, I find that everything is well priced and good quality. Everything else that I purchase on my way through is an aside; I'm there for the butchery.

There is a young blonde lady who you encounter when you first enter who is often "too occupied" to even greet the customers. No smile, no wave. In fact,you're lucky if you get her usual glare while hunched over. Me neighbours and I have all had negative exeriences with her, leaving a bitter taste in our mouths. When one neighbour questioned a price, she told them "If you don't have enough money, don't get it." Another had called to inquire about a rug doctor rental (which numerous grocey stores offer) and she responded with "You know you're calling Harris's" said "No!" and ended the call without a "Have a wonderful day!" leaving my good neighbour to feel like a complete imbecile. The daughter of my neighbour went to apply for a job there and when asked to meet with a manager, she sat there silently and stared at herlike she was insane. Fortunately, another cashier intervened, realizing the obvious awkwardness and quickly went to grab the manager. Needless to say, my young neighbour will not be pursuing any further job opportunites with them. On a lighter note, the lady I dealt with at the fresh meats sections was extremely polite with a smile on her face. I hope for the best with this company but in order to succeed i think you may have to reconsider some staff. Good Luck.
