Harper's Tire 1931

Best tire shop in the city! My family has been going to Harper’s for more than 20 years. Always does an amazing job with my tires, and always tries to give me the best price as well. If I need them to take a look at my tire quick they are always happy to do it, right away and for free as well. These dudes rock!

These lovely guys have been taking care of me and my cars for years. They are quick, efficient and always make sure the job is done right before sending me on my way! Never have to wait long. Thank you guys for always looking out for me and my car!

I was a fairly long term customer until they decided to treat me with disrespect. I came in to buy tires and they were in too much of a rush to answer questions. Called back the next day to give them a second chance only to be placed on permanent hold from Tom. I get that they were busy with tire season but if you can't make time for existing customers they will find someone that will!

Day after bad winter driving conditions in Calgary, was late to tire change this year unlike other years. Think of the poor service at big box stores… the ones you know. This is the EXCACT opposite. I know you get that. Support a amazing local kind buisness . This is where your hard earned dollars should go. Thank you so much for your help today. I am VERY pleased with the service here! From the moment I called they were friendly, listened to my concerns and were able to deliver me a satisfactory service. I visited two other shops who couldn't fix my vehicle and quoted me $1500 for new tires, the team here road force balanced my tires which immediately corrected the issue. Thank you Harper's Tire! I am new to Calgary and glad to have found a shop I can trust.

Dropped my car off for an inspection on the 22nd. I was tempted to give two stars since it was completed in a timely fashion; however, the shop techs broke my sunroof by collapsing 1 corner and getting it off the tracks, did not notify me at pickup, and later refused to do anything about it. Guy at the front desk's defence was originally "it was one of the failure items" even though I tested it before I dropped it off perfectly functional, later moving to the classic "well I didn't do it" and refusing to tell me who did. This *extremely* unprofessional, even for a tire shop. I've notified my friends who regularly attend the second location and they will not be returning. If you like to get your car back in better shape than the way it went in, avoid these goofs. Hit up the other numerous shops on the block – ones that are not tire shops. You'll have a much nicer experience. Heck, even their reply to this review shows that they are not willing to take accountability for their mistakes. Why would I write up such a detailed and long-winded review if I didn't even visit the shop? Do you think I have nothing better to do with my time than notify people about your garbage workmanship?

Same as last time. Always excellent service. Also enjoyed some fresh hot coffee free of charge. Lots of flavors to choose from. Thanks again for always taking good care of me and my truck.

First time here yesterday. Glad I came for a quote on tires and brakes. Apparently the last place felt I needed brakes but am no where needing them. Did get new tires and I think these are the best winter tires I have had. Cheaper than the last place. Who also said I needed brakes this will be my new go to for my vehicle. Honesty, professional and quick. I even wanted the ‘better’ winter tire but was told they don’t wear well and suggested tires that were 2-3 hundred less. Impressed. I was recommended Harper’s Tire and am so glad I checked them out. Had to come back the next day. Noticed my signal light was having issues. Tom seemed to know right away the issue and offered to fix it right away. Turns out he checked all my lights and I had a few that were not working. Good thing he caught it so I don’t get a ticket or in an accident. Thank you Tom and Harper’s Tire.

Was on a business trip to Calgary, brand new winter tires, must’ve hit something on the Glenmore and blew the tire out. Called 5 other places, nobody wanted to assist, but got recommended here and Tom I believe is his name, went out of his way to help us. What great service and a great price too. Not sure what we would’ve done if they didn’t assist us out. Our car model did not come with a spare. I
