It’s not often that you get exceptional service from beginning to the very end of the transaction. I have to say this company nailed it. From the first interactions, providing me with a loaner vehicle, to providing me with an exact list of anything that could potentially need to get done with my vehicle. They were very honest and told me what didn’t need to get done anytime soon and things they would recommend in the next couple months. This company is truly about building relationships. They even gave me A loaf of bread before I left. Funny thing is, I had just been to Costco that morning and forgot to buy bread. And then Gianni even walked me to my vehicle open the door shook my hand. It was just such a beautiful experience. For any women out there that are worried about being taken advantage of, these guys will never take advantage of you. Their energy was so positive and welcoming. I highly recommend them 1 million stars. They have my business for life.  Also their pricing is fantastic.

Gianni was amazing at handling my vehicle during a stressful turn of events with my vehicle. His team was very informative, knowledgeable and willing to walk me through all the steps of what they were doing and why and even showed me pictures to ensure I understood exactly what was needed! They were efficient at getting me in and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend

Such great service here. Extra-Tech is the only place I will now take my vehicle 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT for service. I have had nothing but professional and respectful service from these folks. They never try to push any kinds of repairs/ service that are not necessary and are always great to deal with when it comes to asking questions and seeking information on the ‘whys and hows’ of what’s being suggested as a service. Everyone at Extra Tech is so polite and helpful. They saw my car right away and contacted me via text and a phone call to let me know what work was needed. Then they got it done that day! I was sent an easy to follow file that went through what may need to be looked at in the future but they didn’t pressure me into getting it done then which I appreciated!Services:&nbsp;Battery

Clean shop, clean staff. Very friendly. They took time to chat about my vehicle. I needed an out of province inspection. While i was at home waiting i received text messages from shop. Messages included detailed pictures of issues that need attention. Now i can see whats going on rather than someone's word. Well considering it was the day before Christmas and only one tech on duty along with Bill up front,and yours truly calling mid afternoon I was surprised they got me in so quickly. Couldn't shut my truck after realizing the -40°degree temperature consumed my Costco battery, in a bit of a panic I asked my boss who maintains his fleet of trucks and he mentioned Extra Tech. Quick call was made and with in 15 minutes  Mr.Bill had the proper battery ordered to spec,installed it upon supplier delivery and the whole ordeal was over and done with in 90minutes. What a load off my mind,I could start my afternoon shift without worrying how I was getting back out to Cochrane. Thx Extra Tech, you have my vote of confidence.Service:&nbsp;Battery
