Update: A1 called to offer to repaint the bumper. A kind gesture but unfortunately I cannot afford the time to remove the and reinstall.  I brought in a brand new OEM bumper to have painted. Was not happy with the quality of the work.  Deep scratches were found on the one side upon delivery.  Paint run was also on the one side. The inside of the bumper was painted, but not prepped at all!  A Sticker was left on and paint began to Peel off as I attached fastenters.  Corners were obviously cut in the quality.  With  lots of work left to do be done to my vehicle, I will going elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.

This place goes above and beyond for their customers! I was there due to my vehicle needing to be fixed after an accident and upon arrival the ladies at the front were so warm and welcoming! After having a rental from them for a few days I was involved in another accident and when I returned their vehicle which was pretty damaged they were all incredibly patient and understanding. I cannot say enough about A1,  both with regards to their Body Shop and also their Mechanical Division.  I have been dealing with this quality organization for 20 years and have brought many of our vehicles to them over the years.  Their work is consistently exceptional and is always done right the first time and at a very fair price.  The mechanical division is far superior to a dealer and at half the price. A-1 did a perfect job on the repairs to my car, which was great. What really impressed me was the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff I encountered. The cherry on top was how they cleaned my car inside and out and returned it to me looking like new. It is so lovely to find a company and customer service that truly lives up to its name. Thus, we want to thank the technicians and staff at A1 Auto Body LTD. The friendly staff is warm and kind and even though we experienced some damage to our vehicle we felt confident that we would be looked after in a professional way. We were not disappointed. A1 went above and beyond in the repair of our vehicle. Some earlier marks on my vehicle technicians buffed out of the paint so the repair matched the rest of the car. This is the second time we have used A1. It was a bonus to receive a lifetime warranty on the repair as well. So a five-star recommendation is well deserved. These guys are amazing! Massive hail damage on my vehicle. They fixed it in the exact amount of time they quoted, they arranged my rental, and most of all my vehicle came back perfect! I want to say a big thank you to everyone at the A1 team.  Every person I interacted with A1 was super nice and very professional.  I took my vehicle there for some fairly extensive auto body work following a collision, and they made the entire process painless.  From interacting with my insurance, to providing a replacement rental, I was repeatedly surprised by just how easy everything was.  The work on the car itself was flawless.  I couldn't find a single imperfection in any aspect of the repair. It looks exactly like it did the day I drove it off the lot. I recently had the misfortune of being involved in a car accident after not having experienced one in over a decade. I was unsure of what to do and had not made arrangements for auto body repairs in quite some time. I sought recommendations from my colleagues and was directed to a nearby shop. However, rather than blindly following this suggestion, I chose to conduct research and read reviews to ensure I would receive good value for my money. My efforts paid off, as the shop recommended by my co-worker had poor reviews. After much research and consideration, I decided to go with A1 Auto as it received the highest ratings. I scheduled an appointment and was warmly greeted by Lisa upon arrival. She was polite, helpful, and took the time to gather all the necessary information from me. The estimator, Ryan, was also very knowledgeable and efficient in his assessment of the damages. I was provided with a rental car during the repairs and received a call a few weeks later from Ashley to inform me that my car was ready for pickup. What's more, they offer a guarantee on the work as long as I own the car. I'm glad I did my research, as the level of service and value provided by A1 Auto exceeded my expectations.
