I went to ISKCON temple in Toronto for the first time on the eve of Janmashtami and was very impressed with the festive atmosphere that was on. There was a gathering of almost 2K people and everything was extremely well maintained. The architecture of the temple is very beautiful. And, the decoration made it look lovelier.. they even had boxed prasadam for every devotee! Whether you are looking for festivity or bliss… ISKCON will never disappoint and the temple in Toronto is no exception.
It was such a peaceful experience. It cannot just be expressed in words about how we feel. There is Bhajan and there are also many religious books you can find there. On Sundays they also serve Prasad, which is so good.
We visited the Hare Krishna ISKCON Temple in Toronto during Janmashtami, there were notable issues with crowd management. After 2.5 hrs in the queue we gave up on entering the place. The temple seemed overwhelmed by the large number of devotees, resulting in long waiting times and congestion. Better planning and organization are needed to handle such large gatherings. Improved crowd control measures would significantly enhance the overall experience.
ISCKON temple is a beautiful and serene place. The architecture is stunning, with intricate carvings and lovely sculptures. The grounds are well-kept, creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for meditation and reflection.nnI highly recommend visiting ISCKON temple for anyone seeking peace and spiritual connection.
