Visiting ISKCON Mississauga was such a peaceful and uplifting experience for my whole family. The atmosphere inside is incredibly serene, making it the perfect place for meditation and reflection away from the city's hustle. We attended the evening arati, and the spiritual energy was truly beautiful. Everyone we met was very welcoming and kind, which made us feel right at home. They also have a small vegetarian cafeteria with delicious, soul-warming food that I highly recommend trying. The temple is well-maintained and very clean. It’s a wonderful spiritual hub for the community. Even if you're just looking for a quiet moment of peace, this place is a hidden gem. Just make sure to check their schedule online for festival dates as it can get quite busy during celebrations!
Beautiful walk in between turns on a road and it ends on a corner where you find this divine temple. We went inside and the bful chants of hare rama hare krishna felt like a blessing specially to start the new year and the first thing in the morning. Even though the weather was bad, the feeling and place made it all so great. And we loved the kaju katli and veg brownie prasad. Hare rama hare krishna
Peaceful place. I felt enlightened by lord Jagannath darshan. And Govinda restaurant part of the temple offered sacred and delicious Indian food. You have to deal with parking little bit. Overall good place. I recommen this place to visit.
I recently had the most soul-touching experience at ISKCON Toronto and felt compelled to share it here.nnFrom the moment I stepped inside, the ambience felt heavenly — the pure vibrations, the colourful décor, and the peaceful atmosphere instantly lifted my heart. The temple was beautifully decorated for Janmashtami, with perfect arrangements made for darshan, seating, and flow of devotees. Despite the crowd, everything was disciplined, organised and respectful, which truly impressed me.nnThe Prasad served was absolutely delicious — prepared with devotion and tasted like pure blessings. You can also buy fresh packed prasad, which is a lovely touch for those who want to take something holy back home.nnThe chanting of the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, live kirtan, and the darshan of Shri Radha-Krishna and Lord Jagannath left me mesmerised. The priests and volunteers are humble, kind and always ready to guide you with a smile.nnOverall, ISKCON Toronto is not just a temple — it is a divine experience. Whether you’re spiritual, curious, or simply in need of peace… I highly recommend visiting this place.nYou don’t just see God here — you feel His presence.
Today I visited the Hare Krishna Temple - International Society for Krishna Consciousness ISKCON around 6:00 PM. The atmosphere was peaceful and spiritually uplifting. I enjoyed sitting during the prayers and listening to the Guru’s speech, which was calming and meaningful.nnHowever, I felt disappointed during the prasad serving. One of the ladies serving food gave very small portions, and when I politely asked for a little more poori, my request was refused. I honestly felt embarrassed, as prasad is considered a blessing and should be shared with kindness and generosity. In Sikh religious places like Gurudwaras, people are usually welcome to take prasad and langar as much as they want without limitations, and everything is served with love, respect, and equality. That spirit of seva is something I personally admire the most compared to many other temples. Overall, the spiritual environment at ISKCON was wonderful, but I hope the prasad serving experience can be more compassionate toward devotees and visitors.
