HARDEE''S

Nobody knows what they are doing. Seems like the blind leads the blind here. Slow service. Inaccurate almost every time. Cold fries. Go somewhere else until someone can properly manage this location.

My visit to Owatonna Hardee's was terrible! The young lady working the drive through was very rude! After getting my order I grabbed some fries and they were aweful. I parked my car walked back into the store and asked for some different fries. Fries tasted like they were from yesterday and we're cold. She once again was very rude! The restaurant was empty was it wasn't like they were busy. I will not rush back there again!

Their $5 bag deal is awesome! Lots of value. Location is very modern and clean. Bathrooms where clean. Staff was friendly, will come back!

Food good, but at counter kinda not so smart. Ordered with without tomato, it had it on there. The dinning area was pretty dirty, and the floors were SUPER SUPER STICKY. kind of gross really. Food was good though.

Absolutely terrible fast food experience, if you can consoder it fast food. Went to the drive thru and woman said she would be right back, waited 5 plus minutes and went inside. Stood inside for a good 5 plus minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Finally got our order taken and it took over 15 minites for it to be prepared. One burger, chicken strips and fries. They were out of medium cups and ranch dressing. Slowest fast food ever! Guy offered us two free combo meals and when he came back had a coupon for buy one get one free burger, not the same thing. And the other woman kept asking for our name and address so they could send something to apologize. No thanks, not giving out my personal information. Definitely understaffed and under trained.
