Culver's

The pork tenderloin was very good, crisp and hot. The french fries were not quite as crisp as usual, but not greasy, so perhaps a little past fresh. Tea was excellent as usual, but the beverage stand needed mopping. Ice cream (I had the daily special) was very good, as always.

Poor quality on the chopped steak dinner. Mixed up the order and had to redo it. Staff seemed to need more training.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Culvers. They had plenty of staff to keep it clean yet there were muliple dirty tables, food all over the floor in the dining area and the condiments were out of stock. My food was not great either. The sandwich i ordered came without the condiments that were to be included. I also ordered a hot fudge sundae of which the fudge was not hot was very clumpy and tasted like a packet of sugar. The bathrooms were also not clean in both the mens and womens the garbage was overflowing and paper towels were out of stock. But the part that really made the experience bad were the two teen dining room workers who began arguing with eachother on who should be cleaning up the dirty tables as well as one of the calling a previous guest a loser who couldnt clean up for themselves.
