Gavin was great to work with. Very easy to get an appointment to look at our leaking water heater. After a quick but thorough assessment, he determined the heater needed replacement and was able to get a new one installed same day. A few days later, Gavin called to let me know that he had looked into the ruined heater, found that it was under warranty still, and that the warranty money would be discounted from the price. Highly recommend working with Happy Pipes!

Super nice guy! Very detailed and informed us of exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem the very next day after I called! Reasonable price too!

The anode rod of my water heater tank should be replaced every four years. I emailed Gavin and asked if he was willing to do the small job to replace the rod and he got back to me promptly that he would take the job and quoted me the price which included part and labour. Gavin advised me that he needed to come to my house to check the size of the rod and he did it the next day. Gavin called me to make an appointment after he got the part and gave me a price which was very close to his initiate estimate. That was not an easy job, Gavin had difficulty in removing the anode rod from the tank but he never gave up and got the rusting through rod out after trying hard for a few times. Gavin is so courteous, patient and determined, I am glad that I contacted him for his service this time. Gavin is punctual, his job is done to your satisfaction and his price is very reasonable, it would cost me a lot more if I use service of another plumbing company. This is the second time I use the service of Happy Pipes Plumbing and I am glad that I deal with Gavin again. I have no hesitation in recommending Happy Pipes Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I have used Happy Pipes for several jobs between two houses over the past few years and have recommended them to co-workers and requiring plumbing or gas work. Gavin is courteous and polite and knows his field very well. I use Happy Pipes with 100 percent confidence that the job will be done right the first time and at a reasonable price.

FANTASTIC! Had a hot water heater issues. I did some asking around and everyone was telling me I needed a new heater. Over the phone Gavin said the hot water heater did not need to be replaced. So I said come on over. Right on time he was in and out within 30 mins and I had hot water pressure again. Cost me even less then he quoted. Will call him again.
