Just had them fix our furnace. I called four other places to get quotes and schedule appointment. Some had cheaper cost to come look at it but would not give hourly rate over the phone. These guys were the only ones on the phone that recommend a clean out. They also came the same day. The only issue was dust. Knowledgeable staff and explained everything. Also checked the water heater at no additional cost. Recommend for sure.

Super amazed with this company!! The apartment complex that I am living in is having some issues with sewage back up and all the owners would say is “the problem is fixed” but they would give me no more answers to my questions or details to the current situation. So I went to find a plumbing company to help answer my questions. I tried to talk to a few companies but they were all reluctant to give me any answers since they had not worked on the plumbing problem. But Rob from A Van Dyck Plumbing & Heating Ltd helped me as much as a person could without having worked on the problem. Of course, he was not able to give me specific answers to my questions because he was not involved with fixing the problem. But he was able to give me more answers to my questions than the owners had with the current plumbing situation (based on some of the details I gave them on which apartments tended to backed up first). I left feeling extremely relieved knowing more about my situation and my problem! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!! A+++ company!!!
