Here at Hank's, we do everything from oil changes, to installing engines, and everything in between; we can replace your wiper blades, headlight, signal, or brake light bulbs, replace your battery, alternator, starter ETC. Save your money, a completely unprofessional shop. Took my car there for an oil change and their mechanic stripped the drain plug because they didn't torque it according to the manual. When I confronted the manager about it, I was told that it couldn't have been her mechanic since he told her he didn't do it. They refused to correct the problem and then got irate that I want to another shop to get it fixed. 
Terrible service and incompetent mechanics. If you dont know how to do an oil change, why would anyone trust you with more major mechanical work? Better off going anywhere else for tire and mechanical work.

I'm new at driving and am so worried about going to a mechanic because they're suppose to rip you off, and tell you about all these issues with your car that aren't pressing and charge you though the nose but the guy working at the front desk was sooo helpful and took the time to explain everything to me! And it wasn't even that pricey! I would recommend hanks in CP to everyone! Such friendly staff
