Gearheadz Transmission & Automotive

Just wondering if anyone has had any transmission work done here on their BMW. Just over 5000km after a rebuild it blew the front seal. Was told it was from driving it while still cold, have to let them warm up for awhile. Anyone else hear this. BMW laughed and said their cars are built to drive not sit and idle in the driveway. It was mechanic's error not following proper procedures. What do you think, should it be covered and repaired properly at no cost..?

Chris and Pat at Gearheadz rebuilt a transmission for me 2 years ago and it has been bullet proof ever since. They are honest and reliable. They use high quality parts and really know their stuff. I use my truck for towing a tool trailer as well as a hydraulic dump trailer and have never had an issue. Lots of pulling power. Thanks Chris and Pat.

Had a shifting problem with my VW Jetta automatic tiptronic. Other garage told me they could get me a used transmission installed for $2,500.00. Gearheadz did a full diagnostic. They said it needed three solenoids replaced. They quoted me under $1,000.00 all in. Two years later and my tiptronic is still working great. VW Jetta had 450,000 kms on it. It now has over 550,000 kms. I would recommend this garage.
