My family and I have been going to this store for 20 years. The service is EXCELLENT. They always greet us with a smile, and offer help. When we need help, they all go above and beyond to assist me. My husband says the same thing. A great selection of items, including things we cant get anywhere else, and really lovely, eco-friendly, quality merchandise. And if it's not in stock, they take the time to look for it in the system and will order it in if they can. Absolutely my favourite store on the shore!

The owner of this store should be consulted for her expertise in customer service training. It is obvious that her staff has been well trained. I have gone to this store for decades and find the customer is truly shown respect and the greatest of customer care.
