Emco Mount Pearl

Terrible, terrible service. DO NOT shop here unless every other plumbing supply place in the city has gone out of business. We traveled from Calgary to do some bathroom reno work on our cabin. Bought an $825.35 shower base to install, only to realize that it was too big for the area when the other furniture was in place. We tried to return the base, but were told no. Why?? Because we didn't have the box It had gotten wet on the drive so was not useable. We would've happily paid the restocking fee, or taken a store credit, as we still need to buy a shower, but Emco was not one bit accommodating. This is so upsetting. $825.35 down the drain. Thanks Emco. You're up my money, I'm down a pile of money, and still need a shower. Awesome business practice.

They did not have what I needed plus did very little to help solve my issue. Nore did they suggest where I might find what I was looking for. Make matters worse it was a plumbing issue.
