Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Moncton

The Hampton Inn was the best as far as services, facilities and quality of the rooms. Where it went bad was a bunch of school kids present with their parents for a baseball or softball tournament. Kids were running in the hallway until 10:00pm. We had a hard time to get the elevators since the kids were playing in them and holding them for their pleasure. We stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn. We did complain to the front desk and we were told that they were aware of the problem and that they would bring it up to the team leader. We also told one floor supervisor of the problem on the second day of our stay while waiting for the elevator and she said she was cumming up with us to investigate. She told us that the problem was with the parents and not the kids. With an answer like that we decided that we would seriously consider going to a bed and breakfast next time we were in the area. Going to your hotel and having to use ear plugs because of kids two nights in a row makes you think seriously of never coming back to this hotel.

Hampton has the best service. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Complimentary breakfast. Quiet would recommend this hotel.

Kid orientated. Need a second pool for adults only. No restaurant on site however a decent buffet breakfast is incorporated in room price. The bar does not open til 7:00 but prices are reasonable. Comfy beds and very clean and friendly. Helpful staff. At the end of the day on an arduous road trip we would prefer to park the car and have everything available to us on site. Not so at this hotel.

We went overnight for my son's birthday. Staff was excellent. They even gave him a $25 gift card. Breakfast was great and in the evening there was fresh popcorn and coffee and tea

We have stayed here many times over the last fourteen years. Each time has been a positive experience. This time must also be included as a positive experience. As we checked in there were several other guests also checking in. When it was my turn, Steph greeted me with a gracious smile and calm, professional manner. The entire hotel staff, housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance staff was great! Everyone was friendly to our dogs and us. The posting that they clean your car if it snows...Is TRUE! We have stayed here several times and in the morning as we walked to our car in the snow...We were greeted with a clean car! Great place to stay. I recommend this hotel without any doubts! Thank you.
