My Wife and I wanted to extend a massive THANK YOU to Shannon and the entire hotel team for the truly exceptional care they showed Keisha and me throughout our stay. From upgrading our room, providing itineraries to our guests at check-in, and ensuring every detail was taken care of, to the thoughtful card and bottle of champagne, every gesture was deeply appreciated.nnOur room was beautifully prepared with rose petals, towels folded into two swans, and framed photos thoughtfully changed to showcase the venue from our wedding day. The level of care, attention, and personal touch went far beyond anything we expected. It was truly an above-and-beyond experience, and we cannot thank you enough for helping make our wedding unforgettable.

Four Points by Sheraton Moncton is a standout—our first stay here blew us away with really spacious rooms featuring newer beds, big modern TVs, and a luxurious bathroom that felt like a spa upgrade.nnSuper close to highways, shopping, dining, and the convention centre, so getting around is a breeze whether you're on business or just passing through.nnFriendly staff, spotless cleanliness, comfy gym, cute outdoor pool, and top value for the amenities—definitely coming back!

I've been to hotels all over the country for work and lots of Marriotts. This hotel is a disgrace to wear the Marriott name. The hotel is run down and outdated. Rooms and furniture are old and tacky. Our first room had a deadbolt that didn't work and within minutes of settling in began to smell of burnt cannabis all over the room and the whole floor. We told the front desk they were nice to move us to a suite which though bigger had the same standards. Cleaning service team are great but they completely ignored my room. I had to reach out to ask for a cleaning and new towels and Kleenex because there were no back ups for my family and I. Won't be back. They need work to wear that marriott name.

I was here for a conference. The conference room was jam packed with tables to seat 140 people. It made it very tight quarters. When they served snacks at the back of the room, there were multiple lines formed because of the lack of space. The food was only meh. Staff were clearing the snack dishes as people were coming back with lunch which made it super congested as well

We had a fantastic family stay! The hotel is beautiful, extremely safe, and truly feels like home. Big thanks to Prabh for making the reservation process smooth and easy. The staff are all incredibly friendly, rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the beds are very comfortable.nnThe location is great — just 15 minutes to the beach and downtown, with easy access to sightseeing. The on-site restaurant offers a great variety of delicious, affordable food. During our stay, there were even local events and a lovely morning church mass, which made the experience feel even more special.nnEven though it’s more of a business hotel, it was perfect for our family. We’ll definitely be coming back!
