Bed was hard as stone, could not connect to WiFi even with staffs assistance. This is a 180 degree change from my stay last year. Staff is friendly and helpful. But issues could not be resolved. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in, ended up on the couch. Was glad I got an upgrade to a suite or I would have spent the night in a chair. $200/night to not sleep, nope. Never again. The local manager was apologetic and did send me a voucher for a free nights stay so I have to modify my rating to consider the customer service experience. Added 2 stars

Good clean room. Plenty big enough. Breakfast is great there. They messed my stay up and tried to say I only booked one night when I had the confirmation for 2 then was charged for 3 nights. Other then that it was a great stay.

Great location... outstanding customer service ... good value for price paid.

Room was fine. I didn't take advantage of the hotel's amenities, just slept. The room was clean and comfortable; had the separate sleeping and sitting rooms, which was wasted on me as I was traveling alone. But, my brother found it handy; he set his toddler up in the bedroom with the door closed, and was able to sleep on the pullout couch and watch TV.

Nice facilities. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is ok. Not much variety.
