Reviews

I've purchased a number of items for my own home and as gifts for others.  Interesting and often very unique items. Recently, I purchased a small collector piece as a gift for a loved one. The item taken out of the display case was not damaged but when my gift was opened by the recipient it was slightly. The store owner had gift wrapped the item for me. This gift was in a gift box and was hand delivered and not mailed so it was definitely not damaged from purchase to delivery.  I suspect Hamilton's replaced the display item with one that was in their inventory but were unaware this replacement from their inventory was slightly damaged .  I did contact them regarding this experience and was brushed off which didn't impress me much.
