Awesome glass - PRETENTIOUS employees (perhaps owners). Complete glass snobs. If I'm going to spend any amount of money in your store, I expect not to be talked down to.

One of the WORST head shops I've ever visited. Walking in to walking out was horrible. Not only do they think they know how to interact with people but they have know clue what's expected from a sales associate.  You commenting on a customers gear and calling it "garbage and made by children" it's your dumb fault for buying merchandise that your overall demographic dosent want to spend their money on. Your opinion should have kept your opinion and thought to yourself .if  your shop was geared to the" medical side of cannabis"um.... if you were you wouldn't be selling anything that lead to combustion. So please make sure u  do your research before you try to be smart and relay information. Those two gentleman  should not be in business, they are the reason why our industry is the way it is, it's because of wannabe stuck-up shop associates that give all the information that isnt at all right or positive. If someone can only can spend a certain amount on product don't shame them. You have no importance to the industry so don't. It's not what you need in ur empty till, it's about serving ur community with the best service and information catered to their needs. Once again HORRIBLE head shop. Being a past employee of several and working within the cannabis industry out of Toronto, I have never and will never walk into a high society ever again. Your a dissapointment to the industry
