Halo Donuts And Churros

Great food concept and new twists on one of the best snack on the go! Me and partner been waiting for so long to try their Churro sandwich! I got the Thunder Crunch Chicken Sandwich and sweet Jesus it was an amazing experience in my mouth! The churro was not sweet but on the savoury side that packs a lot of crunch and compliments the taste of perfectly fried chicken fillet and their tasty mayo. It has pickles and lettuce for added ‘health benefits’ so you won’t feel guilty afterwards. It is way better compared to a donut-sandwich because of the added texture and flavour of the Churros and, obviously less gross. We also tried their Oreo Churros it was okay and Horchesso which is a mix of Horchata and double shot of espresso you should try this!!!. Their fine-in space is big plus a few al-fresco tables outside. They have so many things to offer other in their menu and totally cannot wait to come back and try some more Churros!!

Very nice place, clean. Nice and friendly staff. Just wish had nicer and comfier sits. The churros were great. Loved the Argentine ones, could be a bit less oily.

Such an unique place! I’ve never had a savoury churro and now I highly recommend! The portion size is perfect. The decor is fantastic. Next time I want to try a personalized coffee!

Loved the churrros! They tatsed amazing. Crispy from the outside and soft from the inside. Just the perfect amount of sugar and cinnamon coating. A must try! My new favorite treat.

yummy desserts and drinks, good music, and chill vibes. nice place to hang out. churros were tasty, horchata was the best i've had in calgary, tiramisu ice cream was delicious, and the latte was cute and of quality. highly recommend this place!

Halo Churros, What a hidden gem ! First time visiting i was very well pleased with the interior of the Cafe it truly gives you the feeling of vacationing in Europe ! Not only that but their amazing dessert options as well as savoury options ! In my opinion best Churros I've had so far !! It makes you want to try their entire menu ! I will definitely be coming back to try your Latte, Spanish Chocolate and Savoury churros and most definitely more of the Tiramisu because it was Devine !!

Went to HALO churros after so much hype on foodie Calgary group. Ordered a printed latte and a chilled churros mud pie flavour. To my surprise the latte was very good and strong I love strong latte. The chilled churros is very popular among the menu and I was expecting it to be amazing yet I was a little disappointed with the churros itself as it tasted a bit oily to me. The soft serve plus the toppings were yummy. I will be visiting this place but for coffee in future, not for having churros sadly.

The coffee and churros here are the best! I had an oat milk latte and it was so good. My daughter had the Cookie Monster chill and wants to go back to try all the other flavours. We will be back!

Best churro I’ve ever had in Calgary so far! I ordered a small mud pie. It was not bad, but very sweet for my taste. I will definitely come back for churros. Wish the churros had the filling inside and not for dipping
