HORRIBLE! They tried to give my food poisoning. 2 burgers were ice cold. Seemed like they were sitting out for days. Didn't eat, and threw out. The meat and condiments were all expired.
Used to love this place and come here all the time. Now it’s just a below average burger joint. Food is mediocre at best and staff are usually pushy. Boston coolers in particular have gotten way worse. They either taste like only vanilla ice cream or only Vernors. Too bad.
I would have gave it 0 stars the most disgusting food I’ve ever ate. The fries had of been sitting because they were old nasty soggy fries. this food is overly priced for a horrible quality. It used to be so good I don’t know what happened

The staff were working really hard to serve all the people in the play room, the lobby, and drive thru. Our food was hot, delicious, and as fast as they could get it done.Food: 5/5
Hidden gem, like it's an unexpected gem! The food is always fresh and the burgers taste like you make them at home. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The cheese curds are so good and so unexpected they just get better with every bite lol. Mine just disappeared and I don't know how. We don't usually come out this way, and it was just a pit stop, but after having it today I am seriously reconsidering making this a part of my routine. They were very accommodating of my requests to have burger without a bun and neatly wrapped it in lettuce as pictured.
My favorite fast food burgers ever, they never miss!!! Service is always fast & friendly, too.
They refry old food instead of making it fresh. Fries were like chips and cheese curds were very greasy.
Olive burger so so. Meat very good and sandwich well prepared but friends had hyped it a lot. Need more than one of those multi selection Coke drink kiosk style machines. Choke point with long back up.
