QDOBA Mexican Eats

Love this restaurant! Great selection of food. Great price and the staff is ALWAYS nice. I brought my 8 and 10 yr old children in here for the first time today and the staff were all really nice and patient with them ordering food from here for the first time. No bad things to say at all!

I was honestly impressed with the costumer service. After not having the best experiences at other places, the GB doba exceeded expectations. I was particularly impressed with James the stronger looking boy he was very respectful and took the time with each costumer. After a long practice he gave me an extra burst of energy and life for the rest of the night!

These workers were slammed tonight! Between people not wanting to cook before thanksgiving and pregaming for bar night it was super busy! I was sooo impressed by the workers tho they kept smiles on their faces and were so friendly! The communication was impeccable as well and of course the food was bomb as always! Every time I go in here I’m impressed, keep it up & happy holidays ;

I used to love this restaurant but hadn't been in a while. I don't know what happened but we will not be back to the grand blanc location. The seating area was filthy. Trash all over tables and floor. The few tables only 4 available in the entire restaurant not sure why were ALL dirty. Drink station area was dirty. Our food wasn't even slightly warm, something strange unable to identify was in the chicken. Qdoba apparently no longer offers child size soft drinks so I had to purchase a regular size drink for my kids meal which was an additional $2.65. More than half the price of the meal. Very disappointing. I will not be back. The only positive was that the staff was courteous.

They never fail to disappoint me at this location. The staff is often too busy chatting to take your order, the portions they put in the burrito are always way too small it’s like a bean and rice burrito with a hint of beef. I order 8 oz side of salsa, and usually get about 5 oz. I will not go back there!

The fact that you can order online and it says done 20 minutes later. You can go in and they proceed to accept orders and start them fresh even after acknowledging my online order hasn't been started yet. Then you can watch 20 other people come in and go with orders. While 5 to 7 people wait to pick up orders that have been placed 45 minutes ago with it being said all done online to the customer. This is without telling people how dirty the restaurant is on the floor and or tables. Honestly can't belive how it's managed from head to toe while other places can adapt and overcome these obstacles. Please Qdoba corporate take a deeper look at the owners of this facility. They have young great talent that is working, they just aren't working smart. This is all being written while waiting 30 minutes now for my already completed online order.

Continuously disappointing experiences with this location. Ordered 3 entrées/bowls with extra proteins online. After picking up realized the portion sizes weren't even a 'normal' size. Additionally, none of the instructions for topping/sauce quantities were followed.

It’s pretty good. Extremely slow though, especially for online orders. Food can be a little plastic tasting and salty at times, but it has its upsides. Queso is good, lots of variety, and fair pricing.

Love Qdoba in general. But this location has disappointed us twice with our latest orders. Ordered 2 bowls with extra protein options, but received bowls that had very less meat. Not even sure if they were a single portion. Also they have been extremely stingy with their sauces. Hope they start giving proper meat portions.

I ordered 2 salad bowls. The portion sizes of proteins were extremely little and there was almost no sauce /salsa I had asked for. This is my first time ordering from this location and very disappointed.
