The soup here is amazing! My fiance ordered me a lemon raspberry cake from the pastry chef that is so delicious I have been eating it for breakfast. The texture and flavour are fantastic. The atmosphere at half acre is very nice and the staff are incredibly friendly. The only thing I would advise is to skip the drip coffee and choose espresso.

We were looking for a place that had good options for a family member who is vegetarian and gluten free. The Half Acre Cafe was recommended and everyone in our party enjoyed a delcious lunch as well as the gluten free brownies! So much so that we are returning with out of province company in tow. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been here several weekends. We are very happy with the service, everyone goes out of their way to be nice. The coffee is fantastic and they have the best latte in Kentville. Great spot for a snack and a coffee. Great spot for a bite to eat.
