I walked into this place not knowing what it would be like and it was amazing! They have fantastic service with such welcoming and kind natured people. I didn't make a request for anyone so they had Vivian cut my hair. Let me tell you, she is a miracle worker. I was so scared of cutting my hair short and she made me feel so comfortable. She did a consultation with me to ensure I knew what I was getting. If you are getting a haircut, ask for VIVIAN! :)

Daniel has been my hairstylist for 20+ years. He is the most knowledgeable and professional hairstylist that I have ever met. He will give you the most appropriate styling, and will give you expert advice on any questions you may have about your hair. He is also very up-to-date on the newest techniques and products. Can't go wrong with him! I also like the fact that they are now carrying Kerastase products, which is hard to find in other salons. Got everything for my hair in one place!

WORST haircut and experience in a salon that I have ever had...... the color turned out ok, but the cut was horrendous and I was charged a ridiculous rate for the hack job that I received. DO NOT recommend to anyone!!

Showed 5+ photos of the haircut which I needed to the stylist. Got completely unacceptable result, plus at home found that she missed some hair, had to cut them myself. And this "amazing" experience for $50+. Also it looks like they are evade taxes as they offered no to charge HST if I pay cash.
