I have been a Fluval customer for 2 years and am running an FX 6 in addition to this now faulty FX4. You advertise a good product with prolonged warranty but now my 1.5 yr old FX4 has malfunctioned and your customer service is utterly useless and sending me in circles. I was told its wear and tear, with comparison of the 450 dollar filter to a plastic bag, when it's just 1.5 yrs old and filters should be kept on 24/7 anyway. I did not even turn the dial down so the motor shouldn't be burnt. After I was accused to not having valid proof of purchase which i managed to refute, i'm asked to send it to the very seller who sold me this filter to investigate instead of Fluval itself, with no explanation on why its not eligible for warranty or what will happen after that. The method of testing is to run the set in store, which is unhygienic and unsuitable for a fish tank owner. Hagen also said its not the tubes, but the agent said it could be the tubes and cannot proceed without the tubes. Due to the prolonged nature of the "assistance" I had to decommission the expensive FX4 and get another one. The expensive tubes had to be thrown away. Now the agent said cannot test or trouble shoot without the tubes.
Appalling company. Delivery due today waited in and nothing, zilch, nada. Customer service number no longer taking calls, head office lie through their teeth saying driver will call. £500 down the drain. Small claims court here we come
Bit tight getting on bays but always unloaded quickly
True bad company few palets 4 hours. Staff very not friendly. I hope that never again back here
I will never deal with any products from this company again, I bought 2 fluval aquasky light units for my trigon 350 from seahorse aquariums in Dublin, after 6 weeks the small unit got stuck on the red rgb, and had to keep plugging it out to reset it, then after 10 weeks the big unit start going wonky, randamly going on to lightning affect, getting stuck on green rgb,i kept the box, but the receipt unfortunately got misplaced, I rang seahorse and as I paid cash there was no debit card transaction record, so I contacted hagan UK, the girl on the phone was downright rude and said not their problem without receipt of purchase, I said you are a well established aquatic company that sold me a deffective product a she just kept saying not our problem unless you have a receipt, shocking carry on steer clear is my advice

Always takes over an hour to get loaded.....dont know why...
