BEST FISH TACOS IN TOWN! I am a true foodie and I’ve been to almost every Mexican restaurant in town. I visited this place multiple times before making this review. These rock fish tacos are so melt in your mouth good. The sauce they use is perfection. The service is fantastic and fast and their margaritas are great as well! They have some unique ones! I really enjoyed this place.
Amazing flavors, fun space, super nice staff... But the inconsistencies in food building and consistent offerings, needs more oversight and focus to really shine. First time I went it was amazing, best tacos in Bend, some of the best tacos I've ever had! Flavor profiles were clearly researched and developed and amazing. The Al Pastor had creamy guacamole bursting with fresh flavors of onion, cilantro and an occasional sweet punch of pineapple topped with a tiny crunch of cabbage. Amazing! The second time... They barely put any guacamole, onions or cilantro on the El Pastor tacos, and I didn't find one bite of pineapple on either of the 2 Al Pastor tacos I got. The spit pork is delicious... unless you get there early and get the dried remains from the previous day. Also, the barbacoa taco had so much fat, I had to throw away half of the taco fillings. Disappointing to say the least. They really have something with this place but I believe it needs some focus and oversight on consistently building the food properly. I know places can have off days not to mention staffing issues but after reading the other reviews, it seems like the inconsistencies are more of a constant. I will still go back of course but now feel I may have to stress a lot more of what I want on the taco in order to insure its actually on there. The photo attached, is from the first time I went, I should have gotten another photo to show the difference but was too hungry and missed the opportunity. Take this as an example of how it should look.
Stopped in because I saw the line outside and knew these had to be great tacos! Was not let down. They were out of a couple items, but overall was able to grab a variety of tacos and enjoyed them all! We got ours to-go, but the outdoor seating looked fun and casual and I was told that the margaritas were delicious! Next time!
Best tacos in Bend, yep you heard that right! It doesn’t matter what you get because it is all great… however my favorite must trys are the shrimp and chorizo tacos as well as the Al Pastor! If you are impatient and starving like I usually an, then I recommend you start out with the guac and ceviche! Dont forget to check the specials board, they always have some hidden gems up there!! Wash it all down with the Pineapple Serrano margarita and you will not be disappointed.

Delicious. Will be back. Yummy guacamole. Simple street tacos. Would like a little more pineapple in my al pastor but that is a preference. Meats were tender and flavorful.
Update 6/2022. Still new and awesome. The enclosed outdoor area is great and just warm enough during cold times to wear a light jacket. Very cool spot that is family friendly with tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Tacos have fun flair and are fresh made. Nice selection of margaritas and authentic mixed drinks. Mexican beers. Food was great and perhaps a new favorite. Service was fast and friendly. Plan to wait in line for food, but it goes fast. Centrally located with other restaurants and treats.
Got the new happy hour special, Chilaquiles! It was so bomb and full of flavor! The egg on top really brings it all together! Will be coming back each happy hour for this one!
I tried the carnitas and tres leches desert w Oregon sliced pear! So good! topped it off w their tequila special and I was a happy camper! Again please :
Absolutely delicious! I immediately wanted to go back & order more. We tried the guacamole, pastor taco, carnitas taco and the carnitas vampiro. Everything was delicious. Their house made hot sauce is bomb too. We will definitely be back anytime we visit Bend.
