Hôtels l'Oiselière Montmagny

This is the second time staying at Hôtels l'Oiselière Montmagny. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed was soft but firm and so comfortable. The pool was cool which was great after a long car ride. The hot tub was very murky and not hot enough. It was quite dirty as well. Definitely needs some work. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant we ate at the first time we stayed. It is very expensive and the service was very slow. It seemed there was a buffet breakfast we were not told about, however I was happy not to eat there as the flies were having a field day. The deserts were laid out with no covers.nOverall, the stay was great.

We tried to call and book a room. We got hung up on twice because they did not speak English.nnUpdate: we booked online and upon arriving the front desk was very helpful. The room was good and the pool area was a great experience.

Arrived one day early but they were able to accommodate menI had stayed here over 25 years ago but it was still good. The bathrooms have some wear in the cabinetry but the shower worked wellnI did not care for the connecting door system as it seemed like they could just enter your room from the other side but it was explained that it cannot be opened from one side when the other side is open that sort of defeats the whole connecting door conceptnThey have a fridge, microwave and a Keurig for coffee. No breakfast is includednIt is Convenient as it is off the highway but quiet with lots of amenities in the town that is very lovelynGreat pool area with vegetation and birds this is representative of their name which in English means birdnThe staff spoke English well and helped with any inquiries you had

Just maybe some Suggestions ….the floor around the pool is very slippery I almost fell a few times. May I recommend rubber mats or something else before an accident happens.. also it would be nice to be able to use the pool table without a fee… it should be included … seriously !!! Aside from that I absolutely love the place and I come here at least twice a year.
