We stopped here while there was a full house of hockey kids...FELIX IS AMAZING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He thought of our needs and you should be thankful because if I would have booked that room with a hotel full of kids as a light sleeper I'd be not only livid, but you would have gotten 1 star. Instead he called Richard at your other hotel and let him know we were looking for a quiet place to sleep. Very impressive young Felix! Not only did you do an amazing job accommodating our needs but your bubbly, friendly demeanor was nothing short of AWESOME!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. We used this hotel for two times and we really liked the place. Has a small outdoor pool at the back. They also provide a basic breakfast. This is a dog friendly hotel and Nikola my dog also enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend staying here as it is great value for your money!
This is a wonderful Hotel which is very conveniently located right out of the busy Quebec area on your drive East into the Maritimes.nI highly recommend the Hotel for the following reasons:n1 The rooms and washrooms are very big, clean and renovated;n2 The Air Conditioner is very important to note: for people who really like a cool room - this is most definitely the Hotel for you - it offers 2 different settings for the A/C. Even the first setting offers a very comfortable level of coolness, but the added coolness of the 2nd level is SOOOOO Amazing!!!!!!:n3 The Staff was very friendly and helpful.nThey have the cutest pair of birds welcoming you in the front Lobby right as you walk in very warm touch;n4 The Hotel is very fairly priced, offers a discounted rate for upstairs bedrooms and for CAA Memberships. I was very kindly able to extend my already enjoyable stay for an extra hour at no extra charge- which was a very sweet added convenience of not having to rush;n5 They offer a very nice and fresh breakfast - with multiple different flavored individually packaged muffins - I especially recommend the Maple Syrup ones - YUMMY!!!;n6 It is very conveniently located right off the highway with an extra big Shell gas station in walking distance.
June 2023nNice affordable hotel. Stayed here on our way to the Maritimes. In our room, we had a bar fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Good value for the price. Breakfast was included. Staff were nice, and there was an employee keeping the breakfast room clean, and stocked.nFun for the family. There is a large cage with two small beautiful birds in it in the lobby.nOur room had a patio and chairs by the outdoor pool. Unfortunately, we were there too early in the season before the pool was open. Nice landscaped area with many tables, chairs, and lounge chairs around and in the pool area.nMaybe a three minute drive to the main street of Montmagny or a 20 minute walk.nFree parking at the hotel.
What a delightful surprise! Booked while driving and a great bargain for a very clean, comfortable, spacious room to sleep before continuing.nMontmagny is the perfect stopping point when driving Hfx to TO and back again. We’ll be booking this place for all future trips. The room, bath/shower, common areas, staff, were all excellent: warm & welcoming & VERY spacious. It was easy to find and lots of parking.nOur only ‘first world, entitled, pampered’ grumble was that I had unwittingly booked a room as far from the entry as we could possibly get and there’s no elevator to the 2nd floor. I didn’t take away any points on my review because I didn’t ask for any changes: i was grouchy from a long stressful drive and I was so happy with the room and everything else that it didn’t matter and I didn’t want to risk being LESS delighted with any changes. That’s on me.nI don’t know if I’ve ever gotten better value for my dollar.
