Great place to work out with or without a personal trainer. Classes are fun and if you want you can sweat it out. It's like a second home. It's a place where everyone knows your name. (If you just give it time).

A great community gym. A friendly atmosphere and recently refurbished. Now includes virtual classes which is great if you can't get to a class with your timetable. LOVE the Spin classes there!

Love the gym , all essentials for a good workout no matter level of fitness.Reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars would be lack of cardio machines. Employees very friendly and always willing to help.
