It needs fixing and maintenance as it’s busy at times.n2 No Elevators.n3 Not enough ticket machines for buying tickets.nnConclusion:n1 It’s an important station and may they keep it and maintain it for many years to come.nnGod Bless. God we thank and trust you nnBelieve and repent. Christ is King. nnJeremiah 29:11
Not always the cleanest station, but overall well-situated and the Concordia Underground definitely helps the station's convenience.
I pushed the stroller and left the station. The station staff was gone and no one helped me open the door. passenger by tried to help me out of my dilemma, but still couldn't get out of it. It is inconvenient to have no elevator at the metro station, adding more inconvenience to parents with children
Station if you want to go to the montreal museum of fine arts. Signages and maps are clearly placed and seen. So, even if you dont speak or read french, you are able to use it with common sense. Clean and less homeless hanging around
Easy access to many Concordia buildings, which is both a good and a bad thing.nnIt's a good thing for the students, as we can easily get to classes.nnHowever, literally ANYONE can get in. I've had classes that started really early & some that ended very late. Witnessed some people who definitely shouldn't have been there. I saw people doing drugs in the bathroom twice, which is kind of an eerie sight in an university bathroom. I once got out of the JMSB building through the door communicating with the metro only to walk into a drug deal, which was definitely surprising to say the least. Saw other people who clearly needed help as well. I was followed by men with seemingly bad intentions. One even tried to get my contact info & kept insisting despite my clear refusal. If you witness something or are being followed, I recommend asking Concordia's security affiliated with the university for help. They are doing an amazing job & are very nice.nnAlso, the escalator works half of the time, which is clearly not ideal for people with disabilities, elderly folks & families with young kids as well.
