Gus's Pizza & Bar

This place is terrible. I have been going to the one in Groton for over a decade and have never had a complaint. The New London location will give them a terrible name. The menu is not the same and food was horrible. Chicken was nothing but fat, fries were soggy and even the sweet and sour sauce was inedible. Never going back.

Zero stars. I am pretty sure this restaurant doesn't exist because i ordered from them at 8 pm, waited two hours for my order, called them twenty times, even had grub hub call them several times and they never picked up. WTF. THIS PLACE SUCKS

The waitress whose name is Cheryl....like me was phenominal. We walked expecting one menu to find it had switched hands and had a new Spanish menu. She shared recommendations and she was spot on. I absolutely loved the mashed plantains with shrimp and salad. I would eat there again...the porkchop, yellow rice and red beans were also good

When they are open the service is great, other then that have shown up for lunch at 11:45 and told us they weren't serving food when we arrived there same time previous days and got lunch.

Good food! The venue isn't the cleanest, but I had a very good chicken parmesan grinder. The staff was friendly and accommodated a speedy order request.

My family hated the pizza. They described it as "not Italian' not Greek, not good." I ordered the pizza bread appetizer. It was advertised as a pizza on Italian bread. It was a soft hoagie rolls. The flavor was blah. Service was excellent: friendly and fast.
