Nice staff but they rarely have the milkshake machine working, and couple of times I got the wrong order. I love BK but this place needs to improve, management needs to reinvest in better machines
The staff need more politeness and professionalism. Staff and orders NEED correct. There food needs to be fresh or none! NOBODY NEEDS Sickness OR RUDE STAFF or bad food!

Its really good and the customer service is great. I just wish the food was a bit warmer. Its thoroughly cooked, but it is just usually cold.

0 stars if I could. Just received a regular whopper in lieu of an Impossible Whopper. It was in the green wrapping that said Impossible Whopper and everything. My wife, a vegetarian of almost 15 years, got 2 bites out of it before noticing.
