A glutinous paradise! Beautiful bakery with fresh bread, pastries, and sandwiches. So many unique options like fig and cheddar baguettes, almond croissants, cinnamon twists, and “mushroom” pastries. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious, a fantastic boulangerie!
The pastries are so fresh and delicious! The staff were also so helpful in recommending options for us! We got the frangipane croissant, white chocolate and original chanpignons, olive focaccia bread, apple turnover, potato and cheese bread, and maple scone. All tasted amazing!!
It was really nice to visit this bakery shop. The staff was very in accommodating and recommending the breads and pastries for me! All of the four items I got were delicious, but the white chocolate mushroom looking pastry was too sweet for me. I would visit this place again!
O my, where to start? Since I started to bake my own bread 2 year ago I stopped buying bread from the stores completely. Only when travel, but it wasn't as good as mine, usually a big disappointment. Guillaume is a gem. I loved every bread we bought from them. The croissants are perfect, as good or even better than Brioche a Tet next block, but price is definitely better. I even brought some of the bread and croissants home to NY. My new " must stop at " place in Montreal. It's a must visit for any bread enthusiast.
I was looking forward to eating the sourdough bread and trying the "mushroom". The bread got hard within a couple of hours. Get the white chocolate mushroom...it is better than the plain one. It was not as dry and it is a tad sweeter.
Easily my favourite boulangerie in Montreal. Very friendly and patient it's so hard to choose from the variety of yummy breads! service. The cheese potato bread is always a staple when I go!! I could eat it for every meal and I did. Even stocked up for my plane ride home. Check out my Google list of boulangeries in Montreal! Get that bread
You have to visit this place before noon as they run out from all their stocks in the evening and you'll not have more options to buy. The best sourdough bread in the town, if you are looking for bread and you don't know how to make them at home like me you must visit this amazing place. Staff was very helpful. Edit: I just tried the brownie of this place. It's literally mouth watering. It was so so good. Also the place has moved to different location on the same street. I think the original place is being renovated.
We visited Guillaume over the weekend & had their Beetroot & Turmeric buns each! The staff are lovely & kept their cool even though it was busy. The buns are freshly made and totally yummy and highly recommended. We'll be back to try out the rest of their stuff soon. Instagram: @zaraexplores
Very nice place. They have a variety of sweet and savoury breads and pastries. Their croissant, cinnamon twirl and caramel apple pastry are delicious!
One of the best bakeries in town, be there before noon to taste it fresh and see the whole spread otherwise you might miss on many items. Their Gallets are must try but especially I liked their Champignon Vanille et Chocolat brioche which is really amazing. I also tried their Almond n date muffins which were good too. Must visit place!
