Soufflé

If you're a fan of the light and fluffy Japanese cheesecake and even if you're not!, you have to go to Soufflé in the Montreal Eaton Center and give them a try! Their cheesecakes' texture are so fresh, light and fluffy, and at the same time just the right amount of sweetness. The toppings are also fresh and delicious and there is a very nice variety of topping such as berries, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, maple, coconut, pistachio, etc... there are large sized cakes as well as individual sizes and their menu also offers hot and cold drinks and delicious tarts. Above all, the staff is helpful, friendly and very kind! They have a loyalty card, so don't forget to ask for one as you earn a reward after ever six separate purchases. You can just tell that so much thought and care goes into their product, down to the way it is beautifully packaged in petite boxes. The perfect cheesecake does exist and is waiting for you at Soufflé!

I've had Japanese cheesecake in the past and wasn't overly impressed, but the cake here is an exception; it's incredibly fluffy and tasty. The staff is very friendly as well. I'd highly recommend this place.

This cheesecake is much more flavorful than I anticipated; it boasts a creamy and soft texture. It is also delightfully dense, with a concentrated flavor that is not watered down. Despite its modest size, it is remarkably filling. It’s 0.99$/extra topping.

Tried the Chocolate and caramel small cheesecake. Compared to Uncle Tetsu's, the cake is denser, creamier, and sweeter. Will try the tarts next time.

I was hesitant for a year about trying Japanese cheesecake, till Soufflé happened. I’m a lactose intolerant but I could eat this! The universe had mercy on me and allowed to enjoy this VERY delicious cake, the flavour and texture are out of any league, a very random but beautiful discovery, also you can take out and them boxes are sooo cute you get to choose 3 toppings between six I think? The options were caramel, chocolate, honey ?, berries, coconut, pistachio, from what I can remember. My recommendation is Pic berries, healthier and it looks sooo cute.

It was an amazing taste. The taste is same to the Japanese one. Nice staff and reasonable prices. I do strongly this cheesecake for all times.

The cheesecakes are light, fluffy and not too sweet. I would say creamier than uncle tetsu though. I love the tiny single portions. Plus you get to put 3 toppings of your choice.

Super cute and good value! Bought a petite size and options of toppings we only got berries no syrup and syrups +$ our total came to $8.00 . The cake is a good size- i could share this size with my boyfriend and we were both satisfied : the quality of cake is higher than the chain-brand we get back in Ontario, a truly light creamy taste, definitely suggest! And the boxes are so cute!

I tried a cheesecake here and it was really good! The texture of the cheesecake reminded me of the fluffy, light texture and not overly sweet flavour that Uncle Tetsu's bakery has for their cheesecakes. I added toppings for an extra 3 dollars and it turned out super great. Will definetly stop by again if I'm at the mall in the future.

On the left you have the japanese cheesecake with caramel and chocolate drizzle and fruits. On the right you have the cheese tart which is also very delicious <3
