I love their pizza. However, they just sent over a 14" pizza when I ordered a 16". Upon calling, he asked what size the box is 16". Fine. He then stated he is looking at the order and it shows a 16", which I don't deny...I definitely ordered a 16". Ultimately, he didn't offer to make it right in any way. Being the stubborn old man I am, I measured the pizza. Measures right at 14". Would have appreciated some benefit of doubt after repeatedly coming to this place for dinner.
My teen daughter was employed here for a very short time because the manager trained her for 5 minutes and then refused to let her do anything and expected her to stand around and do absolutely nothing for 4-5 hours a day. She quit in December and has yet to be paid for her week of employment! I plan on contacting the state Monday morning!
Went here for the first time and ordered a large pizza with chicken, feta and spinach, as well as the cinnamon bread. It was still very warm and fresh when I arrived. It was flavorful and perfectly full of each topping. Only suggestion would be to add more sauce on the pizza next time, or ask for extra sauce when ordering. Other than that my husband and I very much enjoyed it!
I'm a truck driver from Pennsylvania and am making a delivery I'm the morning and looked for something good so I tried this place and ordered the Stromboli and wasn't expecting what I got it was very delicious I loved it will order again if I am back here
Wow, this Guido's is so incredibly bad. It's so bad and overpriced that it makes a cheese slice from Little Caesar's at a Red Wings game sound like a fantastic deal. Food quality is so terrible I'm not sure if you can even say the word "quality". Whoever made this pizza should tip me for eating it.
I ordered there today and the guy over thee phone was extremely rude. Had me on hold for 15 minutes then rushed me off the phone. I was trying to ask him to have thee delivery guy call upon arrival because he can't get into my workplace without a badge for the door, but before I got to tell him that,...he hung up in my face. Im currently waiting on my pizza to arrive, but I will never eat there again after today. There's something about someone being rude when you're paying THEM for their services. Don't care how good the food is....never again.
We ordered tonight at 5:20pm. Was told it would be 45 mins. Waited an hour and a half, then called them again and was told that our order was in the oven. Waited 30 more mins 2 hours now and called again to request a discount for waiting so long and spoke to the manager named Daniel who was very rude and hung up on me. We order from here almost weekly but the way Daniel spoke to me and treated me over the phone was very unprofessional and extremely rude. How he spoke to me is NOT how you retain customers. I think Daniel needs to think about a new career that doesn't include dealing with customers. I love the pizza here but after tonight's interaction with the manager, we won't be ordering from here again. Can't wait to get my 50% off coupon for this review ‍
Today was my First time ordering from this place and my very last time, the guy that’s answering the phone and helping when you come in to pickup your order is extremely rude, nasty, and inpatient with horrible customer service, I can’t believe that someone could have such a horrible attitude running a business dealing with customers everyday. I wanted to give the benefit of a doubt and think ok maybe he’s having a bad day but after reading many reviews obviously that is not this guys deal he has some personal issues and this is how he treats people daily which is sad.
At 5:15 p.m. on Friday November 25th 2022 I tried calling in to this establishment and they answered the phone and they rushed me quickly and said delivery pick up whatever and I said delivery and he rushed me to the other subject and then you rushed me to another subject where I got so rushed I could not even comprehend what I was saying so I told him you are rushing me too fast with my order and he said to me as the owner of this place he said to me the customer I have 20 people ahead of you as I was NO buddy...I could not even get my items out as he was rushing me to the next thing. Will I ever purchase anything from them again probably NOT!!! Very rude person!!!
Place is a joke. They hung up on me and blocked my number when I told them the food was cold and gross. AVOID THIS PLACE
